My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

Your price was right
I ordered a banks header for my jeep and immediately stated getting multiple marketing emails per day. Then I just got an email saying my order has been canceled and a refund will be issued, but without an explanation as to why. Was the item out of stock? If so, do you not have an inventory system to track what you have before the order even gets placed? Now I have to find another vendor and am put behind multiple days on my project.
Over a period of three or four weeks sI entered my order at least 15 times and could not gel it processed. You really need to reexaminan your web site;. I am uninterested in going thru that ordering process again. Gary Cushlman

My order had not left the warehouse on the date I was supposed to receive it by, 6 days after purchase. They refused to overnight the product after admitting it was their mistake.
Tip for consumers:
The service representative was not willing to help right the scenario. The order was canceled and repurchased from the manufacturer.

Arrived in a timely manner and I am happy with the results so far. Hoping they help with the mud and messes flinging up to the hinges and door handles.

Overall the experience was solid minus the fact that I wasnt told that I needed a unique set of lug nuts for the wheels which I purchased. Due to not receiving this information, I had to go to a auto body shop twice and waste about 4 hours of my day because they were unable to place the wheels the first time around. After speaking on the phone with one of your reps, I was able to get the information needed on the proper set of lug nuts to use and purchased them via Amazon. I was able to have the wheels put on the car which look great.

Great mats but the shipping cost was WAY more than expected! I would've loved to of been able to buy the rear matching mats as well, but the cost for shipping both sets was almost the same amount as the cost of buying the front mats alone! I could never justify paying that much money for shipping so I just got the front ones.
I liked the look of the mats and the fact that they had the stabilizer cut out to keep them in place.
Overall I am very pleased with my shopping experience. However, one product that I was very interested in stated arrives by and gave a date range. This range was acceptable and I placed an order for 2 different products. While shopping was quick for one product, the other - that listed the arrives by date - was updated to reflect a date 3 weeks later and past the acceptable time frame for my purchase due to planned travel. When I went to check the website because I thought I must've made a mistake, the arrives by date had been updated but was still prior to when I would get my already ordered item. I spoke with customer service and ended up canceling the second product. Customer service was great and everything g was completed with ease. My only suggestion would be that they remove the arrives by date if they can't guarantee it will be there in that amount of time.
They carried the brand I wanted, the prices were good, and Extreme Terrain had a good reputation.
My purchase was priced right and arrived safely. Wanted to give Extreme Terrain an opportunity to rival Quadratec. They had the part I was looking for for my old TJ resto project.

Don't know really. Can't tell if I received my military discount as a disabled veteran and aggravated it wouldn't process PayPal as an advertised payment method.

But knew this going in, time will tell how it holds up.
