My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer
Finding what I needed was easy. And delivery timing was great. Actually showed up early.
Two and a half hour installation time. Very good installation instructions. Looks great, would buy again. Only reason for four stars is because they missed one of the welds. Not a huge deal though.

Great radiator, it's slightly bigger than the OEM so perfect fit it is not. Wasn't too terribly difficult to modify the fan shroud to fit behind the thicker radiator. Jeep is running about 5 degrees cooler now under load. 2015 Wrangler JK Sport

I got my lights made sure they worked using a power tool battery then installed them..

Tires were shipped the same time, one didn't make it the same day. However, the product is amazing and the tires/wheels look amazing on my jeep.

Nice grill but didn't receive the blue piece to connect the wiring for the amber lights.
After viewing your website many times and placing several orders back to bad. I didn't realize that this order didn't include the storage bag and hardware kit. Apparently there are two advertisement listed the item with the same $99 cost. When I received my order the box had only the recovered boards and I was expecting the other items as well. I called customer service and was told that it's was basically my fault. So I have decided to take my future needs of off-roading orders to another company.

I ordered a front and rear brake kit for my 2013 Jeep
It was packaged very well and delivery was quick
And on time. I did have a small issue with rotors after contacting the return depart which were very courteous 2 days later the issue was rectified
