My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

Ordered 4 fender flares. When the package came, I only got 1. I reached out to customer service and after taking time to "look up my account", they said my order only included 1, but sent a screenshot of a similar item that included 2 (so their "proof" didn't prove their own point). I sent a screenshot of my account showing my order of 4. They admitted that I should have received 4 and now I have to start a return process where I need to take pictures and wait on them (up to 3 days) to review before they will send me a return label, then at this point they will ship out the correct order. I asked for expedited shipping to make up for their mistake, which was denied. Very frustrating, this is my first order with them and will be my last. Mistakes happen, it's just unfortunate that they will not offer any compensation for their mistake and the customer service rep wanted to argue with me instead of just looking at my account to verify what I had ordered.

The front bumper for my JK arrived promptly. But it is all scratched up. Now I have to decide what I need to do to repair it before I install it.

I've received the replacement sidebar steps after returning the incorrect item, but I've noticed a problem with the holding brackets. They don't align with the holes on the bar, which could complicate the installation process. I'm planning to install them in a couple of days, and I hope this issue won't cause further delays. If it does, I'll need to return this item as well.

They were excellent on replacing my bug guard. But their packing methods are terrible! My 1st came broke because of no bubble wrap or anything! The 2nd arrived the same way! I just didn't understand that method at all!
