Extreme Terrain

This is my first i oeder in this company. Before I place my order i chat with one of tech support. To make it sure I oder 5he right product that fit to my new gladiator. A Nfab length running board. He is very helpful. I received the product in 3 day. It's very easy to install i am a woman and did it myself. Love the product it look good on my truck. Durability.

First and foremost thank you to the team and everyone that is helping getting the parts shipped out. I am currently active duty military and I'm about to travel across the country to another state in my 1994 Jeep wrangler. The fact that you guys have the parts in stock is amazing so again thank you. Having that piece in mind in the back of my head knowing you guys can deliver to military base is amazing, not a lot of company can deliver to base so it doesn't put any stress on me as I am about to leave Texas and travel to North Carolina ooh and I will be ordering more parts for my jeep

Shipping is fast and service is always good. Calipers fit without any issues. The only complaint is one set was nice a shiny and the other set was dark so not sure if it was a different lot or remanufactured. Either way, they don't match

So when I bought these steps I was hoping that they were good quality, wasn't stamped sheet metal and black paint. Getting them shipp to the house was really easy and suppressing fast (3 days). Pulling them out of the box they were wrapped in bubble wrap AND they were color coded. Clear for one side and green for the other side. The quality meet my expectations, they are cut and welded neatly out of what looked like 3/16 maybe 1/4 inch plate.
Install was pretty easy and painless. The bolt holes lined up marking easy bolting together. The steps had nice foam on them where they meet the main step.
The only down side is that the instructions suck balls. Out side of that this is a great product.

I ordered all 4 at the same time. It took a week to get 1 pair. Week later still waiting for the other pair.
No communication. I've had to reach out to find out what is going on. At $800.00 you'd think communication would be better.

I bought these wheels from the open box section with the Labor Day, sale. Boy OH boy what a great deal. They look awesome on my truck. This is my third set of Black Rhinos, I love them

Running boards appear to be well made and installed quickly once I discovered the rectangular brackets are not used in my installation application. Also, I was given an extra 12-ct bag of M8 13mm bolts. Confusing and wasteful to have so much extra.

Customer Service Representative was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful when I called to ask a few questions about my order and addressed all my concerns to my satisfaction. My order arrived promptly, was in perfect condition upon arrival and fitment was perfect. (Windshield spry nozzles for 2014 Jeep Wrangler JK).

Fits great on my 5ft bed on my 2016 tacoma. Installation was simple and took less than 40 mins. As far as quality goes, I haven't had the product for more than a week. Yet, it has gone through high heat, rain and other elements and it has still held up pretty well.

Best customer service I've ever had. I wasn't able to order the piece I needed for the bikini top I wanted to order. I was able to chat with a sales rep. He found another piece that would work, added it to my cart and gave me an extended warranty. He also offered a phone call to help if needed. I will shop here again!

I will admit that after I ordered the fender flares…I got a date that was around a week out. 2 days later I received an email saying your order is out for delivery. Got on time and the quality of the parts seem good. I will be putting them on the truck in upcoming week. Thanks…

I was a bit disappointed! The front mats fit perfect, but rear mats do not fit at all. The holes to snap them in are in the wrong location and seem to be fit for another type of jeep. The ordering site even asked what color my gladiator was to match the mat color.

No complaints on the parts and quick shipping. Good fit but I did add some screws and bolts to secure the fenders verses the supplied push plugs. On another note: I contacted "Luna" at ET thru the text chat to ask a question. She had no answers, long delays, asked me several vague questions that didn't pertain to my inquiry. Waste of my time. For a $550 order, an answer to a simple question should be SOP. ET sells good stuff at good prices. Customer Service on the other hand … we'll, I hope this helps the next guy.

Great products and timely delivery. Although I did have to return something only because I ordered the wrong thing and the return process was very easy as well. I will be definitely shopping here again.

Replacing due to Powerstop lines being recalled. PowerStop lines were great and easy to install - these were not. These dont use the typical stock mounting ear bracket to frame (PowerStop did). The bracket that you do have to use to mount to frame, the hose attachment with u-clip was impossible, had to grind 0.4mm off of bracket to get clip to install. PowerStop front brakes came with ABS clips to hold line - these do not. One of the rear lines didnt line up with the caliper hole, had to grind some off of edge of banjo fitting. Copper washers were much thinner than PowerStop washers - after brake bleeding, the next day had one of the rear lines leaking at this fitting and it was tight but tightened more and now ok. Not sure who the manufacturer is but hopefully these will hold up long term.

It was pretty easy installing the speakers for the soundbar or was I noticeable difference but there is some rattle. I received exactly what I ordered the condition of the parts was in excellent order

Great product and very easy installation! Working really well so far. Minor complaint is I paid for the two day shipping and it took 5 days but that's not Extreme Terrains fault.

Easy to find parts after you punch in your vehicle details, makes you confident in the purchase. Free local pick-up is a big win at keeping cost down on some of these larger items.

Order arrived complete and undamaged. Quantity was good. Install was a little bit difficult. Hat drilling into body. But… made the Jeep look pretty nice.

Shopping was fun, I get too see many products. There's not way you'd mess up buying the wrong thing. Although my delivery was delayed.they gave me a $10 voucher. That's good business right there!

Faster than stated shipping. Great product that fixes my problem perfectly. Very well built and even came with awesome step by step directions. The Jeep lives again!
