My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer
Ordered a 2" body lift for a 2015 JKU from Extreme Terrain. The package shipped out on time by Extreme Terrain using FedEx. Unfortunately, FedEx misplaced the package. The package went through several attempts between FedEx and Extreme Terrain to get the problem resolved. Eventually, I received the package, but it turns out the package had the wrong bolt size. Also, the instructions said it was for a 2013, not a 2015, despite their description labeling it from 2007-2018. I sent the package back.
This company has been absolutely unprofessional and unreliable. I now have to contact my banking institution.
I recommend Extreme Terrain. They have a great selection and do what they say they'll do.
Good prices and communication. The website needs a little work on the search feature but I was all a good experience.

Love the tires and rims, they make my wife's 4Runner look sick! Just wish the lug nuts went with them, but no biggie! Ordered them separate.

Extreme Terrain is normally a very good place to buy parts and accessories for my Jeep Wranglers, however, I ordered an accessory on February 1st and am currently still waiting on it to arrive. I was told it would ship in March, then April, and now it is supposed to ship between May 5 and May 8. I realize this is not normal and is the manufacturer's fault but this does reflect on Extreme Terrain. I really like Extreme Terrain but this experience has soured me a bit.
Normally, the parts and accessories are in stock and received rather quickly.
This was a great addition to my Tacoma. This only came in a gloss black instead of the matte black I wanted, but it looks good and I'm not unhappy with it. I knew what I ordered.

We ordered our camper top and it was shipped promptly. However, the shipper didn't call us, showed up during a wind/rain storm, dropped the package, and was on his way out when I caught him. Couldn't check the product and it is damaged. Hopefully, Extreme Terrain will make it right.

A perfect fit on my 07 Toco. Had a hard time with one of the 14mm nuts existing on the truck, if not for that it would have been less than a 45 minute install.
