My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer
I was in need of Mopar fuel injectors, they have them and I got them.
I dealt with them for a couple of years now. I've dealt with American trucks for my Ford trucks. Everything from my '77 to my 2017 and my Jeep Wrangler. I know they're not a flyby night company and I believe the product I received as a genuine mopar

I purchased my new roof rack for the JK. The standard shipping said it would be here in 2 days and arriving on a Sunday. All of my fellow Jeep friends laughed and said I wouldn't see it until later in the week. That would mean having to wait a week to install. But to my surprise it showed up early on Sunday and I was rocking it when I showed up at work on Monday. I was pleasantly surprised.
I looked around for a very long time as I was planning my build. Extreme Terrain not only had the best price, but had the best price without any suspicious undisclosed BS. No, "Oh you only purchased part one of three" crap. I got everything I wanted from one reputable location (in the USA). I will be purchasing more in the future.
The door guards I ordered never arrived. I recieved only one guard for the right front door. I would like to get the remaining 3 guards.
Everything about the order was great except my package had a giant hole in it upon receiving it. I know this is likely out of your hands and lands on fedex

The saddle bag was as advertised. Very good quality and looks nice this is my second bag like this. They are good for small items. I use this one for my first aid kit. I wish the bag was bigger, especially for the price. But it fits well in the space and I should know better.
Product came as advertised but the fit wasn't great. The instructions that came with the product did not provide details and left a little too much guessing. The video on the website was much better but there must have been changes to the product since the video was made. The video would say to do one thing and the parts didn't quite match. Had to improvise. Two big hurdles to overcome. First hurdle was the support bracket on the underside of the tube did not fit over the support screw of the heat box. I had to grind the support bracket to widen it so the screw would fit. Second hurdle was the heat box flange did not line up perfectly with the radiator bracket. Needed a little more improvisation. Not sure if these were design flaws or just bad luck. Without those two hurdles would have taken Much less than two hours.
I like the selection of products and the videos are very helpful. Reviews and instructional.
Had a warped rotor that's been making my ride the worst, now with all four rotors and fresh pads we're back to smooth sailing!

I have looked into your order and do see that it failed our security clearance process through Riskified. Unfortunately when this happens we are not notified of any details around why it was flagged and cancelled. Most common reasons are the billing and shipping address are to far apart, the credit card was used in a chargeback with another company ETC. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. As far as the call back goes Spanish voicemail's are responded to normally within 48 business hours.
