Extreme Terrain

Placed an order, money was taken from my account. Have heard nothing as far as my order. Still get at least two e- mails a day try to sell me more items, 😂😂😂I don't think so!

I still haven't heard from extreme terrain about my request to return the item i purchased that is in unopened packaging. It has been 2 days since I received it and asked for a refund.

I do a fair amount of business ordering online. Without a doubt Extreme Terrain's web site is the best. It is straightforward and very responsive. Additionally, their product selection is pretty good as is the promptness of shipping.

Two jeeps, two different tire covers and they can not seem to ship the right part after several attempts. Requested a call back from someone in management but no response.

Over all was a good experience. I did however get some fraud hits from the $10 cash back coupon that came up when I ordered. Not sure why that happened but was unfortunate.

I SPENT $3600 ON RIMS AND TIRES AND THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE MOUNTED AND BALANCED BUT WASNT, I WAS EXPECTING TO JUST INSTALL THEM MYSELF,, NOPE NOW I HAVE TO DROP THEM OFF WITH A DIFFERENT TRUCK THEN SWITCH TRUCKS TO GET THEM INSTALLED,,SPOKE WITH SALES REP WHO HELPED ME WITH MY PURCHASE AND HE SAID TO SEND IN THE RECEIPT AND I WILL GET A STORE CREDIT,,LETS SEE WHAT HAPPENS OTHERWISE I LOVE EXTREME TERRAIN, I BUY ALL MY JEEP UPGRADES FROM THEM,,I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM,,$#*! I ordered the Fishbone truck rack for my gladiator on the 13th. It arrived on the 22nd. I was unable to use the tracking information but other than that everything went smooth. The box arrived on a palate and nothing had been stacked on it. The packaging from Fishbone was fantastic.

Bought shocks and they were missing mounting hardware. Called customer service and the man wanted pictures so he could review my case. Then he would make his decision. Why would I waste my time to call and complain about hardware if it was in the box. Then to find out all the parts I ordered wheee from a third party. Not even from extreme terrain.

Company is great to deal with the rough country replacement soft top for 07 jeep jku is not tell you the top has a conversion kit with it it is a newer style top with spring and cable system instead of locking into door surrounds

I ordered side rails for my new vehicle. They were shipped promptly by FedEx. They made it to my general area but then stopped moving according to the tracking info. I contacted ET by chat and was basically told it had been delayed but would be delivered the next day. Next day, nothing. I contacted ET by chat again and the response was a reiteration of what FedEx said on the tracking site. I responded that a monkey could I have done that and that I needed them to contact FedEx and find out why. They replied they would and would let me know by email by the end of the day. NOTHING. I finally sent an email to customer service to cancel the order. They continued to apologize and would not acknowledge the cancellation. I sent a second email to the same affect. Same response. After many days delay, the package arrived. I did keep them and they are great. ET isn't.

Overall I've had a great experience with Extreme Terrain. This is my first time ordering with them and not only did they have all of the products I was looking for (wheels, tires, leveling kit, etc.), but they also had the best prices and even gave additional coupons on top of it. The best part is definitely the customer service. They are always available and helped with ensuring what products were available and helped me alot with my order.

Quick delivery, and the product looks like pretty well made. Instructions were easy to understand. Looks good on the truck. I did take photos. Available if interested. Thanks.

Wow wow, the eyeshadow palette is super pretty, looks amazing and the price is cheap. Try the yellow color on your eyes, pretty. Introducing a very similar product, everyone should buy it. 5 stars for the product, delivery time is super fast.

To start the website showed a delivery 2 days from date of purchase. When tracking was availible, I checked and it showed a week! This item would NOT have been ordered if it would of showed when looking for the part, we would of looked elsewhere or not upgraded the part.
I reached out to Customer Service and was told that I already got a discount due to free shipping. This again was listed as a Banner on the website! I explained that when I go back to look at the exact same part it shows the 2 day delievery still. The supervisor of the rep I spoke with was rude and stated that already had a great deal and got free shipping. I asked to get some money back due to now not having a vehicle for a week use a couple days and now paying a longer rental fee and all that was offered "Because of the great deal" was a $50 voucher. I explained we would not purchase anything from them again as the advertising is false and I cant get past that.

TPSM Sensors are faulty and the rude customer service lady, Kara M, was incredibly rude. Demanding I I go pay a shop out of pocket to test all sensors and then charge me for a new sensor. Why not just replace or refund me for the sensors? We'll never know but safe to say it's my last purchase with them.

The items are easy to find when you enter your vehicle información and will assure you it's the right part, also you have the option to choose different prices and brands. I will continue to use and recommend!

Ordered a light that i couldnt dind anywhere. Fit perfectly and exactly what i was looking for. As for shipping i paod for the cheapest shipping cuz i was not in a rush and it still got here fast as always. Thank you

This order was exactly the right items, but my previous order I was sent the wrong items first off, when I went to return them they made a "exception" even tho I was sent the wrong item, not what I ordered. Upon receiving the shipping label via email the link could not be found. This process happened twice and I still haven't been able to return the items. Very disappointing.

I just bought a 2010 Jeep Wrangler for my son and the existing velcro handle straps attached to the bar above each door were dry rotted and two broke when adding pressure. I found this site and quickly found the replacements and ordered them. Great price and they delivered within a couple of days.

Your website listed that the part would fit on my Badlands Bronco stock bumper. It did not. Your tech told me I needed to get a different bumper on eBay and it would work. I did not want that. I had to drive 140 miles round-trip to a FedEx location to return the wrong part that you sent me. Before I returned it, I ordered door jam protectors. I was under the impression these were designed specifically for my application. They were not. They were nothing more than stickers. I will never purchase anything from you ever again.

Hood came in damaged. Packaging was good, but hood was damaged on 3 corners. I went online and did the chat. I sent pictures of the damage, and they did give me 3 options. Store Credit, Small refund or send it back. I went with the small refund to fix the hood. They were very easy to work with and they did it all over the chat. I have not received my refund yet, but it will take 5 to 7 days.

Have been using extreme terrain for a long time always easy to use website never have really had to deal with customer service because my orders are always proper thank you

Recently purchased the Bestop Sunrider. All the videos talk about S clips and the instructions that come with the product do not mention anything about the cable. The product doesn't come with S clips anymore, they are more like O clips that have to be attached to a screw mechanism. The instructions have you assembling the screw mechanism with the included Locktite without telling you about the O clip. Only through Jeep forums did I find out about how the O clip is supposed to attach but my problem is I cannot undo the screw now that the Locktite is bonded. This $800 accessory is sitting on the garage floor till i figure out how the put heat on the screw without melting the plastic frame.
