My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

Seats are great, they need to do a better job of letting you know you need to fab or buy over priced seat adapters for the seats to fit on stock seat frames. $150 a piece for the adapters was not worth it to me, I made the adapters out of 1" flat bar.

As the heading states, the fun didn't last. The Rampage Trailview top I ordered is a mess. The rear bracket pre drilled holes are not even close to being in the correct position. I called ET about the issue and they requested pics, which I promptly provided. My confirmation email said to give them up to three days to review. We are now FIVE days out with no response from ET. I had to get my hardtop back out of storage so I can drive my Jeep. ET did send me a $20 voucher, unfortunately I can't see me using it if this is the way customer service works. Sorry ET you've lost what could have been a long term customer after our first transaction.

I do most of my Jeep upgrade through Extreme Terrain simply because excellent customer service. I usually requested sales person Michael D for his due diligence in providing all information I need and feel really good about my purchase. He has helped in matching prices to give me the best deal, and communication was good sending e -mail thanking me for my order plus making sure I stay informed. My last purchase a AFE Momentum GT cold air intake oil filled filter. Tom was my sales person and he did an excellent job. I had questions on ordering between two different products, and helped me decide the correct product for my Jeep. This could have went wrong if made purchase myself. I thanked him, and he also sent thanks on txt for my purchase. Communication was excellent with both sales associates, and looking forward to my next order.
Ordered a rack for my jeep and it was here within 2 days like the website said. My husband had no problem assembling it. Definitely would recommend if you're looking for extras for your jeep.

Nothing against Extreme Terrain, other than they need to choose a better shipping company to use. I have always had bad experiences with deliveries being delayed with FedEx as long as I've had to use them. Tracking stated I would receive my order on Sunday and I didn't get it until Tuesday. But that's just the way it goes with FedEx.

After speaking with a singular dedicated employee, I decided to give Extreme Terrain another chance after the disaster that was my last order. This was a mistake on my part, since the exact behavior from my last order was repeated. The ordered item arrived (on-time), but without any of the included hardware necessary for installing the part, effectively rendering it useless. I do not have the words for this level-of supply chain mismanagement. A singular case can be written off as an anomaly, twice in a week's time is a trend. It is clear I am not valued as a customer.

Placed an order on 4/30/2024. On 5/8/2024 I contracted customer service to find out where my order was as there was no shipping information available. I was told that part of my order appears to be lost and the other half was delayed by a month due to being "out of stock." Even though the sight shows "in stock" and states delivery by a certain date. I finally decide to cancel my order for the missing items and the customer service rep instead initiates a return for the two (cheaper) items that I DID receive. I requested a cancelation for the items I didn't receive NOT a return request for the items I did. Pure incompetence by this company. THEN the customer service rep tells me they won't issue a refund until 10 or so days AFTER they receive the items back that I never received. I will never order from them again. Don't buy anything expensive from them. You'll regret it. Screenshot from today showing item in stock. How much do you want to bet their response will be, "called and left you a voicemail?" and "Please reach out to remedy this issue." I have reached out. Next stop will be the courthouse for a small claims suit.

Bought the steer smarts brace and sector shaft support for my Jku. It has a 2.5 lift on 35's with Teralfex HD steering, and control arms.
We all know that jeeps have that "wandering" feeling in the steering, but after putting on the brace, that feeling is almost entirely removed. Honestly it made me excited to drive it on a trip down the west coast from Seattle to San Diego.
Highly recommend, it was built well.
