My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer
I ordered a speedo gear on 3/8 received it on 3/9 with standard shipping. Love the Super fast shipping. I also ordered a set of led headlights that fogged with in a week, I contacted customer service and they shipped me a new pair and I received them before I had to send the old ones back. No B.S so far with this place! Keep it up
I was having a hard time finding a specific item for my TJ. Joe was so helpful, I called him back when I scored a CJ7. Extreme Terrain has always been my go to place, but now it's even better.
Just need to goo gone the previous adhesive and rubbing alcohol to clean any residue off and apply the new one and that's it. Brand new seal makes less noise and seals

After several calls back and forth asking me the same questions as far as billing address etc, delaying my shipment twice. I'm doubting I will buy again from you guys.
All in all I've always had a good experience but they literally wouldn't cancel a order that was made by mistake within 24 hours. Said it was already processed and a email confirmed at 3:22pm that it was confirmed and I called at 11:00 am!

I love the antenna, however, it didn't come with a base. I should have read the description. The base is not available on this website.
My carrier casting seemed a little rough and the interference fit for the barring seemed a little looser then I expected but it should do the job just fine

I will repeat here that the paper instructions are difficult to use. The video is step by step and we were done in an hour.
The product looks great, same as the pictures on the website. A screw was missing and I contacted the company and had an immediate resolution. Great customer service and item!
Not all the screws were with my order. Unclear how to contact them regarding this issue.
The fox steering stabilizer made all the difference in the world on my 21 Wrangler 4xe. Finally it's controllable on the highway without reacting as much to road conditions or wind.
