My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

Product was easy to find online at Extreme Terrain. It was also easy to upgrade shipping so I could have the part delivered overnight. The only challenge was that while placing the order I specified that the item be shipped to an alternate address, not my billing address, but when I saved it and went to checkout it kept placing the delivery address as my billing address. I was not able to get it corrected, so I ended up calling customer service and placing the order over the phone. This process was easy, and the overnight shipping worked great, with delivery mid morning the next day.

We ordered a Smittybilt top and windshield header. The confirmation the next day said the header was on backorder for 12+ weeks. So we conducted a chat to cancel the order, but the next day the top showed up! We cannot use it and with the header unavailable, the top never should have been shipped. We talked to someone, ordered an alternative top and header, and sent the requested pictures of the box to return it with no shipping charge. No one has gotten back to us with instructions on how to return. Please, can someone contact us?

Called to ask a simple product to ensure I would be ordering the correct part. The agent would not let me ask my question unless I gave my name, phone and address- not happening! Really missed me off. I really wanted to buy so I called back and the next l agent was great.

Ordered part arrived on time. Although, after installation, the part was defective, most likely in the manufacturing process. Customer service was outstanding and offered a replacement or complete refund. Very easy process.

Ordered (3) items on March 17th 2024. Needed these three items within 5 to 7 days for a project. Extreme(ly) Poor Terrain shipped the (3) items separately. Let me clarify that, they had three different manufactures drop ship, meaning that they don't actually stock the items they represent on their website. I've received two of the three items. Here we are (15) days later and final item has finally shipped from California to Georgia. Which means I'll be lucky to receive it in (21) days from the original order date. I could have driven to 4 Wheel Parts (about an hour and a half away) and had them the same day!

It's a really nice addition and only takes a minute to install.
I received and installed my weather tech bug and stone guard on my 2021 Toco. Fits perfectly. It actually sits about a half inch above the hood so I didn't use the bumper guards. I also didn't need to adjust the hood stoppers because it didn't hit the headlight cover. I would recommend this product.
Shipping was quick, navigating website was easy and product came nicely packaged.
Shopping is easy. Only complaint I have is using FedEx as your shipper. I have never received an order when it was supposed to arrive. If I am going to pay for 2 day shipping. I expect it at my door in 2 days. It's not on you guys. Anything that is shipped to me from whoever, is never on time or "delayed." It's a pattern of behaivior with them and I would suggest changing to UPS...And no. I don't work for them. 😂
