My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

Nice site easy to make purchase. Everything thing arrived. The hood liner didn't come with any of fastners that were supposed to be supplied to hold the liner in place. Hood struts are nice once you figure out the horrible instructions. I ended up using a youtube video from someone who had installed the kit.

I purchased a replacement soft top for my JK Wrangler. After removing the old top and getting over half way finished with the installation of the new top, we found a rip in the plastic piece that attaches to the header where the tension spring goes. We had to complete the installation, not knowing if the integrity of the top is compromised or not. I took photos and messaged customer service. My two choices are to accept a $10 partial refund OR remove the top, package it back up and wait on them to send me a replacement. That leaves my jeep topless for several days. "Thanks for understanding" was the representative's comment. UH, NO! I do not understand. $10 in a partial refund?! What happens if the top falls apart in six months? OR hours more of my time removing this top and waiting topless for who knows how many days because they "can't process a replacement with FedEx's acceptance of the damaged one. The lack of regard for the customer when ET sent ME a defective product has all but insured I will not purchase from here again.

Extreme Terrain sells good products. No knock offs. Products arrive ontime in well wrapped packaging. If it is a product that needs assembling you can usually find a video on YouTube.
