My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer
My package arrived damaged by the carrier which in turn damaged my product. Called customer service & told them what the issue was. They had me send pictures and they had my replacement mailed before I got the damaged one returned.

It clearly states what's in the box as (2) shock (2) bushings and I recieved one shock will be returned and take my business elsewhere

Ordering from Extreme Terrain is a nightmare. I've placed 14 orders since March 24th. I know what you're thinking, "wow he is always ordering." You'd be correct, but for the wrong reasons. As of today, April 21st, 9 of the 14 orders have been canceled by the company, and I am expecting 2 more to be canceled in the next day or so. My orders have been canceled so many times that a part I wanted is now out of stock.
Each time I see an order go "under review," I reach out via chat and the rep tells me to call in. I call in and they say there isn't anything they can do about it now, but someone should contact me if they need more information. My next contact is always an email that says "Your order has been canceled." I call and ask why, and they say it doesn't say specifically.
The first 1 or 2 cancellations, I was like okay no big deal, probably just a hiccup. It became ridiculous around 5 and now I am up to 9 order canceled. I don't know what the deal is, but it seems like neither do they. Good times... Well maybe when the part is back in stock I can place another order so I can keep adding up the cancellations.
I hate to say it, because the reps seem nice and like they can't do anything about it, but if you can order your parts somewhere else, you probably should. Maybe they'll actually get to you.

Little hard to get in touch but was helpful when i got in touch
I ordered a light bar that came damaged. During the return process I was told to ship it out the same day and a new on would be shipped once FedEx received it. I shipped it and called and ask when the new one would be sent out to Monday morning as FedEx had already did its pick up. On Monday there was no shipment from FedEx scheduled. I contacted them and was assured I would have it by Wednesday. It didn't ship out until Tuesday, and I didn't get it until Friday. It was too late to cancel and they want to charge me for a return. I won't be doing business with extreme terrain ever again.
They had what I want and promised quick delivery, couldn’t have been more wrong.

I've had multiple issues with the orders on both the extreme terrain and American trucks side that I've received recently. Missing parts, inaccurate open box descriptions, a lost shipment and an altered box with the wrong item. And all this within a week. Customer service has been great helping with these issues but whoever is working in the warehouse that is inspecting and preparing shipments needs to be investigated and retrained and better quality control would help. This is unacceptable for this to happen too many times within the past week from just one customer. Below is a photo of the altered box with 2 different item labels. This was supposed to be a hood deflector for a colorado and instead I got tail light covers for a titan. I had someone drive across town to professionally install the deflector today when I seen on UPS that it was delivered and when I got home I recieved a small box with Nissan tail light covers.

I have ordered LED lights and fog lights for my Jeep and 4Runner. The team has been easier to work with in making sure I am happy. The 4Runner fog lights did not fit due to the original fog light being after market and the team made that part easy as well.
