My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer
I messed up ordered wrong part. Did return and man was it easy. They gave me a store credit and I called to ask how to use it. They order my new part I paid the difference and had it in 2 days! I'd order again from them in a heartbeat! Super nice guy.

You should better pack your products so they don't get damaged from shipping. Also, it was very hard to thread nuts on bumper. The studs were heavily painted and needed to wire brush them to get nuts to thread on.
I ordered a phone mount for 2011 JK the we recently purchased for our 16 yr old, newly licensed driver. After receipt of product, in midst of installation, I found out after extensive research, that it IS NOT compatible if an after-market stereo has been installed. The OEM stereo had a bracket to screw into, after-market stereos (installed by previous JK owner) do not accommodate the purchased dash mount. This would've been really good to know prior to purchase. Please include that important fact on product page. In order to return the $70 purchase (now 100% useless), I learned that I have to pay FedEx $25!
For products that are specified for exact yr/make/model.
The running boards were not OEM but did the job at less than half the price. The install took about 45 minutes with no problems. There is a little bit of flex when you step on them. I would rate them at about an 8. Great shipping 2 days flat.
Speaking with Chris, he did what most companies don't- he listened to what I needed and offered multiple items from cheap to top of the line. Never pushed me in any direction but offered suggestions. Super my product on the spot. Thanks again Chris!
The floor mats fit perfect; I chose the faded glory River rock grille when the picture was of the old glory, which is what I really wanted so I returned the faded glory grille to FedEx. Extreme Terrain paid for shipping it back and then they sent me the old glory grille right away. I also received, the tire cover not realizing the camera has to come off so I have to be at a jeep dealer next week for an install so I will have them also install the grille and the tire cover with the camera for me.

The shopping experience was extremely easy and enjoyable to navigate. I bought a bed cover and a grill guard for my husband's birthday, he absolutely loves the items and might I say for the size of the boxes, shipping was extremely fast, I got my stuff within 2 days
Great pricing and reviews
I did find lights similar to the JL look I desired, but the quality of product was not as good as the OEM versions. The level of difficulty was a little bit harder than what the YouTube video included.

I ordered both rear floor pans and only got the drivers side bc now the passenger side is out of stock so I'm happy I got the one side but that is a pain now so I have to wait till it comes back into stock again

Placed a exhaust system order on Friday to be delivered on Sunday. Well, it's Saturday and it has not shipped yet. Can't wait till Sunday to see what the reason will be for the delay
Shipping was quick and easy. I only had 1 issue and I'm not sure it happens to everyone. I have a 4" lift and the wheel sensor lead was a little short and I had to splice them to make sure there was enough slack for articulation.

Was a reasonable amount of time from ordering to delivery. Just installed it and fits perfectly and was what I was looking for to protect the rear cargo area. 2017 Renegade.

I bought them in January of 2024, and the right one quit in July of 2024. I called and they were not under warranty. The woman ( I wish I knew her name) was very Helpful and got me a discount on a new set. Because I liked the looks of these so much I decided to take a chance and get them again. Hopefully these will last.
It took about half an hour to install. The hardest part was pressing the bottom of the grille in with the new clips. I used a piece of 2x4 as to not mar up the plastic and it popped right in. I seen reviews about the clips being too small but I put them side by side and they matched I just didn't push the clip down all the way and let the installation push it on.
Took about a half hour to install I read a bunch of reviews about the clips that come with it and that they were too small but I put them sxs and they were the same size. I think people were seeding them down too far because mine worked. I will say that I did need a piece of 2x4 to pry them in so if you're having trouble with getting them to seed use wood or something that won't mar or damage the plastic.
I think they're closer to 30% tint. They're still nice and I'll run them on my jk for the rest of time but 18% windows are way darker than this product. Also they don't come with the back window bar, keep your factory one.
Ordering some hinge covers for my jeep gladiator wasn't sure if they'd fit your description only has them fitting a wrangler. I inquired about this. Mike gave me a call clarified everything and he was just a hoot to talk to great guy. Great company getting back to me at 5 o'clock on a Saturday is just incredible. Thanks so much gonna order definitely more stuff from you guys.!
Everything went perfectly and smoothly except for I was never sent a confirmation email or a invoice so I had to send a message to a customer service representative and he said that it would be sent out and it was not, not even 24hr later, then I gave Extreme terrain a call and it was resolved within 5 minutes and everything else was perfect.

I purchased door seals from this company and they lost my package. Then after I didn't receive it well after the arrival date I reached out and they said they had to in estimate the fact that it never left their warehouse. Once that was settled and I finally got my parts I found that one set was torn up after putting the other side on. They wanted me to return both and leave my car without a seal. They agreed to send a replacement and I could send back the torn one. Once received the replacement was torn up too. I didn't bother reporting it because it is such a hassle to deal with anyone at this company and they all say something different. Anyways some things came up and I didn't return the torn one in a reasonable amount of time in their opinion so they charged my account. They have now had their crappy parts for over a week and refuse to return my money. I would never use this company of liars again and I would caution everyone not to use them.
It has now been over 2 weeks that they have had their product back and have still not returned my money and the useless "customer service" rep named Kara has refused to do anything but make excuses
The box with the grill insert came in was bent (in shipping) and the grill insert was bent. The box did not have a do not bend label on it anywhere, My husband thinks he can fix it. Everything else was fine.
Great customer service and it is really easy to get the right parts for our make and model. I love the how-to videos as well, they are extremely helpful.

I ordered $1800 worth of stuff in ONE order and I am sending 3 back. It is costing me $45 to send back but was free to ship. This is insane! I will not order from here again.
