App has some lag and I always like a good home page to go to for refreshing and to just close out. I love all the pictures and there are a tone of reviews which is great to help make up your mind because there are a ton of options.

I have a PO Box and USPS would not accept delivery from Fed Express. Luckily it's a small town and the Postal Service lady called me and I was able to catch the Fed Express Driver at a different location. Please use USPS when requested.

Put my order in parts came fast and the boxes were in good condition havent done the job yet but will post once im done.got all new breaks and new hood and headers cant wait to get it all installed

Easy install and great for my sagging Tacoma in addition to Sumo Springs. My only gripe is that Eibach didn't include nylon lock nuts thus I had to hold installation 1 extra day to go fetch some.

Ordered brake line prebent for my brother and delivery was to be by the 10th. Have not recieved.
I ordered and paid for it no issue.
Still waiting on parts to install.

It was time to change out the door gaskets on my 78 Cj 7 doors I have on my 95 yj. This set is made very well and beats the product zi ordered years ago in quality. Great set to replace the old, worn out gaskets

There was a scratch on the corner of the passenger side light assembly and the bulbs were very dim and needed to be replaced to make them bright enough to function through the shaded covers.

I have tried to place the same order for wheels and tires 3x now. Each time the order gets stopped b their verification. I get a call asking about my address and all that stuff, it matches up just fine the payment information is good, but the order just won't place or be "verified" the woman dealing with my order on the phone was also rude and impatient after I informed her that this was the 3rd time this was happening. Customer service was poor, and she couldn't even tell me why the order wasn't placing and just canceled the order again instead of putting me through to higher management. Very disappointed with the experience with customer service.

Have purchased many items at Extreme Terrain with excellent results. Great customer service and fast shipping. Been purchasing for 7+ years and not 1 complaint. Quality products with excellent technical support. Only had 1 issue with a shipment and it was immediately remedied. Still purchasing everything I need.

I love the ease of use of their website and how prompt they were with their delivery as well as the wonderful video guidance installation. Everything about this company is A1.

Parts were all reasonably priced, and everything arrived within a couple days. My only gripe is with Fed Ex, my Jeep grille came with a broken part (JB Weld to the rescue). Totally not Extreme T's fault but Luckily it was only a small plastic tab that connects the Grille into the Radiator/core support. The box my Grille came in had a hole in it and looked like it had been thrown around/kicked. Extreme Terrain - 5 stars!

I will not order from this company again and will recommend anyone I know to do the same! No company will charge customers for a return and shipping fees. Good companies offer free return labels.

My son in law enjoys his Jeep Wiley very much & always has a list of excesseries he wants, so thanks to Extreme Terrain I can always give him a gift that he truly likes & can use! Thank you Extreme Terrain for making it so easy!

I purchased a gift card for a birthday on a short turn time it it arrived sooner than I expected so thank you in making my friends birthday complete with such a quick turn around! She is so happy!

Ordering was easy and ET has anything and everything we want for our Jeep. As soon as we ordered, we started receiving emails with subject lines like "About your last order..." yet those emails were just unsolicited advertising and nothing about our order. That's irritating. I'm already a paying customer and ET feels the need to feign an order status update to prompt me to open an email full of advertising. We get plenty of unwanted junk already. Huge turnoff.

I received it quicker than expected but I will say that the driver side rear seat cover fits like crap, it's almost 3 " short to fit properly on the lean back the cushion was fine. All the others fit well.

I ordered a bed cover and the day it was ordered it showed I would receive it within a week which was perfect because we needed it ASAP. Now, when I checked the order status (because I'm getting emails asking if I got my product and to rate the product) it shows I won't receive it until the end of October. I needed the product when I ordered it and was told I would get it. I was never informed in any way, email or phone call, that the bedcover would be delayed or backordered.

Overall shopping experience was good. However the shipment which was on the deliver and some on Extreme was a mess. My packages was first delivered to the wrong address and found that out by driving down and seeing my neighbor going through my packages and second not even getting a product shipped out and found out that got lost through the process. Over all a stressfull situation but I received everything just not in the manner I would have hopped.

Spoke with Mike and he was extremely helpful with finding the head lights I wanted for my jeep wrangler. I called back and added the dual exhaust muffler set up. He was also very helpful in getting that order set up.

Great headlights and grateful for speedy delivery since I had an appointment scheduled for install. I was thrilled to receive them in time for my appointment.

Great selection and great to have all reviews and questions to help make purchase decision. Also appreciate all the install videos, even if they all go pretty smoothly… 😂

We have two 2020 Jeep Wrangler JL 4 doors and enjoy them very much. Extreme Terrain has been a great resource and we have purchased some parts from Extreme Terrain. Customer service is very helpful.
We always go to Extreme Terrain first to purchase items that are available but often purchase from other places for less. Apples to apples off the shelf parts.
We will continue to use Extreme Terrain as an option to purchase parts for our Jeeps.

From initial consideration, to speaking with customer service regarding which system to choose, to the installation videos, all was top notch. The speaker bundle was beautfully pre-wired and was an absolute pleasure to install. I highly recommend Extreme Terrain.
