My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer
Order came packed well in a timely manner. Products seem to be very good quality. Very Pleased. Only complaint is that one wheel was missing center cap, but I got on the phone and they shipped immediately. Haven't received it yet, but optimistic that it will be here soon.
Order and receive the back seat cover. Super easy to put in jeep and really nice quality, loved the Jeep logo. Now I am ready to bring my two dogs jeeping!
I heard that Extreme Terrain had all of the items you want for a jeep. Look up item I wanted, order process was easy, shipping on time.
Was told in description that product only was missing a top rail. Unit was missing all hardware and a whole another box of all four corners. Complete waste of money

Ordered they came won't have time for a few weeks to install. Same thing here that's why I never take the time to fill these things out they are a waste of time but I am a business owner w er so I like to give feedback for hood service until it wastes my time

Package received within a couple of days and packed very well in form fit foam. The lights were super easy plug and play. Just needed to run a couple of wires and hook up to blinker with all connectors provided. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for an upgrade to the led from original old style bulbs. A little bit on the high side as far as price but definitely a big improvement. We will see how they hold up.

So I got double of pairs of Shocks instead of my track bar now I'm trying to find a drop off location that will except a 100 pound package cause if I wanted to fed ex to pick it up I would have to pay 25 dollars for a mistake they made I should of just sold the Shocks and bought the tie bar but this is what I get for doing the right thing sucks cause I really like this company but I waited 4 months for this ro come back in stock and now I'm running around my whole city trying to give back your 600$ of extra product you sent me just so I can get my track bar

EXHAUST SOUND:
I had been searching for an exhaust system for a while, and finding the best-sounding option for my Tacoma turned out to be more challenging than I expected. The sound quality in YouTube videos often doesn't accurately represent how the exhaust will actually sound in person. However, I ultimately chose the MBPR Dual Exhaust because it sounded deeper and not overly loud in the video. As I mentioned, relying solely on videos can be misleading, but thankfully, this exhaust delivers a deep, throaty sound with a nice rumble in real life.
INSTALLATION:
The installation process was straightforward. I took my Tacoma to a shop for the installation and cutting, as I have a short bed model that required some adjustments to the pipe. The entire process took about 4.5 hours to complete.
I chose Extreme Terrain because they provide the best content related to the products I want to purchase. Without their informative content, I probably wouldn't have bought the exhaust system. They have an extensive library of videos on Tacomas, and I appreciate watching genuine reviews and discussions about the products. This helps me understand what I'm buying before I buy it.
Ordered the cell phone mount, it arrived on time with no issues, install was easy….took about 10 minutes…….works great and in an ideal position…….:I would definitely recommend this product

It arrived quickly. The install was fairly easy, just the back bolt holding the dampener on gave me hell. Other than that it was a quick process. I can notice a slight difference in steering in town, haven't had a chance to hit the highway or off road yet but so far so good.
After ordering my parts, the coupon code didn't work. I messaged them and a costumer service rep called me right back and gave me the discount.

I ordered a replacement grill for my car and was shipped the wrong item. The second order I placed to get the correct item was also wrong. Will never shop here again.
My package was shipped via U.P.S. I paid extra to have it overnighted. It took an extra day for delivery. Due to the fact that u p s set, the plane was delayed.

When I ordered the lights said I would receive the order in two days that would have been Sat 21,2024 but I will not get them until Monday 23,2024. Not good!
Not a very good one, took all apart to find that the parts I bought would not fit. And I have 2.5 lift also.
The Red Rock exaust for my 2017 Toyota Tacoma was hands down the worst purchase ever. The material is quality, but this kit absolutely destroyed my bottom end. My pedal commander can't even help the instant dead pedal and lag from a dead stop. It's 5 times worse that stock now.

Placed an order for new bumpers and fenders front and rear for both. The front bumper arrived damaged in the middle lower portion. 2 of the 4 fenders had damages on the edges despite the manufacturers protection methods. Hoping plasti-dip spray on those edges prevents rust over time.

I bought it open box. I called before and was told it was missing nuts and bolts. The bushings are missing not sure they fell out or what. I can send pics if you want.
I purchased a pair of door seals for my JK and really didn't like the fit. I contacted their support and KARA was extremely helpful. I returned them and will be purchasing a different pair.
First I saw you can buy the doors seals in a pair. Read the reviews and others comments. We shall see when they arrive.
