My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer
I bought it open box. I called before and was told it was missing nuts and bolts. The bushings are missing not sure they fell out or what. I can send pics if you want.
The clock-spring was a perfect fit. The airbag light hasn't dinged since. The headlights worried me at first due to the limited instructions provided. I had to figure out that the metal housing surrounding the original headlights needed to be removed and reused. Didn't mention anything about it in the instructions. The lights are super bright and I can see everything. I still need to adjust them and hook up the red wire for the running lights that are built into them. Wish they could've included a wire for that in the kit. Great lights and super bright though.
I chose Extreme Terrain (ET) because I expected them to be the experts in everything after market for Jeeps. I wasn’t disappointed. The icing on the cake is that they by far had the lowest prices… hundreds of dollars cheaper than any auto parts stores in my area. The clock-spring was an estimated $350-$450 around town and ET had it for $150! As long as I have my Jeep, ET will be my first stop for maintenance and upgrades.
My order: 14-*******. Placed on Tuesday at 1138PM was placed with expedited, 2 day shipping. It said the lights would arrive on Thursday. Today I received confirmation from FedEx that they would arrive on Saturday. That is 4 days. I chatted with Customer support and was given a $10 voucher, i don't want a voucher. My light is out and it is a set of lights I purchased through you. I should not drive at night. So what I really want are my lights to magically arrive today as advertised. Seeing as though they are not arriving today or tomorrow they will not be here until Saturday. I asked for my shipping to be refunded and was informed that in order to get a shipping refund I would need to chat again w/ support after the product arrives. This makes absolutely no sense. 2 days is 2 days. Saturday is 4 days. The chat support also told me that it really was 2 days until I laid it out clearly. Even then it was never admitted that the lights were not meeting the 2 day shipping as advertised. In other words a total waste of time to chat with support. I wouldn't have paid for extra shipping to end up getting it four days later vice 2. Not pleased. I would call this a Fail in Shipping!
I spoke with Tyrin C who was very pleasant and extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my many questions I had concerning upgrades I wanted to make to my Gladiator - Bull Bar, Winch and Front Bumper.
Got a new rear window for my soft top and it fits perfectly. At first I wasn't sure so I contacted for help on it and they were helpful in the fitting and if it didn't I could return it.
It’s my first time on here and I just got my first car which happens to be a jeep wrangler with the rear window can’t see out of so looking for a replacement that has a reasonable price and that fit my soft top was my first thing to do. Seeing that having help here in understanding that the one I found would fit was made this the great choice.
I switched from Quadratec to extreme terrain for all my Jeep needs after a Jeep top took 6 months to arrive. Always more than pleased with Extreme Terrain!
Reliable delivery of parts
I called and asked about features of certain mirrors. I had all my questions answered through the chat option and ended up ordering the CMM Off road mirrors for my Gladiator! I love em!
I am always window shopping for accessories and decided to pull the trigger. The site is very easy to navigate.
I ordered a specter cold air intake it came dented and the housing did not fit right had to "make"it fit but all an all it finally got installed with persuasive words and a hammer hahaha
Easy to locate the part I needed; customer service tech (Courtney) was quick to respond in chat and confirm fitment for my vehicle. Part arrived faster than expected and fit nearly perfectly.

I do not remember clicking the email notification thing but do not appreciate all the junk email. I will let you know later if the parts are quality or not.
The packaged was delivered in my driveway. The box was in many pieces. Even the straps were broke. We won't be unwrapping the bumper until we get it to the garage that is putting it on next week. If it is damaged in anyway. I will be contacting the business about this issue.

I was shopping for door limit straps and found lots of options. I was able to order what I needed quick and easy. And they arrived quick! Thank you oh for the great service.

Purchased sidesteps. Came with wrong hardware to mount them. Chatted online with representative from Extreme Terrain and was told they had correct hardware and would send it and should receive in 1-2 days. Next day received email from ET saying it would be 12 plus weeks before hardware would ship. Now we are waiting on parts to complete install. Very disappointed with customer service.

I purchased 2 items that were "in stock" it's been 6 days since then and my order update online still says "processing". I have yet to receive my order. Called yesterday and they said it should be shipped soon. Not sure why it takes a week to ship. Will not order again from this company.

Selection, reviews and price!
The products seem fine, but if you're wanting the 2-3 day free delivery forget it. I honestly believe all that is to get you to order.
When you do order and don't get the delivery time they promise all you get is a $10.00 voucher,that you have to use in the store and only have about a month to use.
And when you call them about it, the customer service will straight up lie to you.
For the Quick shipping and free 2-3 day delivery.
Which I did not get
They will tell you many lies upon lies and still never tell you where your product is or if you will ever get it.

Can't comment on parts have yet to receive anything, looks like there promise of 2-3 day shipping was a lie. So if I can't trust a company to be honest on there website I can't do business them anymore. So this will be my only order. I'll pay a little more for honesty
They had what I needed, free shipping, on time, very well boxed and sent out an email to comfirm when i got my package. Everything you can ask for was done. I will be coming back whenever I need something.
Free shipping and good recommendation
The product arrived and looked GREAT! But I realized as installing it, that it was wobbling around to the point where if I tried driving, it would rub against my back tires too much.
Because I've had mostly good experiences so far. They have pricey things but durable things.
I bought a bumper guard for my truck that was approximately 2,300 but then I found a grill guard that would work better that was a lot cheaper so I went to cancel the order and it was very easy to cancel.
Cuz it's the same place I bought my decals for my truck and my roof rack.
Ordering and checkout was exceptional. Very easy OK the item purchase and relax. I would however, Holly recommend you to use another shipping media. The box that we received was extremely damaged. Best I can tell all the pieces were there.

Good products and prompt deliveries
Got everything, but found that I am having to modify the center braces of each shackle. The braces (for lack of a better word) are too wide for the leafspring and I am having to cut them down.

I ordered the Rough Country OEM fenders for my 2021 Jeep Wrangler. They were not as expected. The instructions stated that there would be some modifications needed to be attached with the OEM Mopar Wheel Wells in the instructions but, there is way too much cutting and modifying the wheel well to make it look/fit properly
