My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer
Finding what I wanted was easy. I ordered it on a Thursday. The website indicated I would have the order on Monday. I never received it. On Monday the tracking showed I would get it on Tuesday. On Tuesday it showed I would get it on Wednesday. On Wednesday it showed I would get it on Thursday. I finally received the order. I love the fog lamps I ordered. I know this really has nothing to due with Extreme Terrain, but they need to know that some of their orders are not arriving as indicated.

My husband ordered a bull bar for his Jeep to add to the original stock bumper, After it came in, he realized he should have gotten a tube bumper with the bull bar attached. Ashley in customer service was sooo helpful. We love the new bumper and the ease of the exchange!
It didn't fit. It started leaking every where after I installed it
I ordered 8 rims over two months ago. I've been told they would be in next month, next week, that company isn't able to make rims right now due to Covid and they are located overseas, and two days ago I was told they were getting 30 in the next day. Today I was told
They are still on back order. I just checked every rim
Fro this brand (Rovos) and they only have 1-3 rims for each model.

I bought floor Matt's for my jeep wrangler along with inserts for the cup holders. Well after making sure I ordered the proper Matt's that would fit my particular jeep, when I received them I tried to install them and they weren't even close the anchors didn't line up at all, nor did the cup holder inserts fit. That wasn't my biggest issue, what I was more upset about is that when I called to return them I was sent a link and I was made to take pictures of the product not fitting, in my opinion if you need to return something there should be no questions asked just as if somebody bought something from a retailer. The mats were really nice they just don't fit not even close. Not good customer service.

Second time I've ordered an item from Extremeterrain that was a 5 day ship. Only to receive an email that the item will be drop shipped from the manufacturer at a later date, usually 10 to 15 days later. Then you will get a email the item is out of stock, but they take your money from your account on the date you place the order. Good news it only takes 6 to 7 days to refund your money. Don't waste your time or money on this company!

It had parts I needed
So far so good longer then the TF 9550's. I have a 2.5 TF lift and the 9550's that came with it are about 1" shorter thank the fox shocks. Make sure you check bump stop clearances so you don't damage the fox shocks. I plan on putting a 1" coil lift on soon and then I'll add some hockey pucks. Anyway they feel about the same as the 9550 but I haven't taken the jeep off road yet. I have high hopes that the fox shocks will perform well in any application.

Still working on get the right items received two orders of the wrong items. They where suppose to be a set of four front and back received two sets of front only was issued store credit for one. Thinking the one set kept was the right one opened it and started installing to find out there were one the fronts in the set. Tried to get just the back vents was that couldn't be done so returned the second set waiting for store credit on that one as well.I hope the next order goes a little smoother if not I will just get a refund and buy somewhere else.

Shopping online was easy but the product is terrible. It came as if it was already returned. The weather stripping was off. Several scratches. Not happy. PS it doesn't properly fit the 2023 Tacoma SR5

Got the intake a few days late which wasn't a big deal but after inspection of my package I released I was missing a part and had to get on with an electronic like assistant to try and attempt to find the part that was missing from my order. Still waiting on the missing part to be sent out. If upon receiving the missing parts I will change my review to 5 stars because of the quality of part and even tho it was late it was still the fastest shipping time for that part on any other website.

I ordered my bumper on Sunday January 22...received my order on Tuesday January 24!...I was very pleased with the overall experience, looking forward to my next purchase through Extreme Terrain...also props to DV8 on the packaging...phenomenal job at protecting the product.my bumper arrived in excellent condition, I was very impressed by the care given.
I chose Extreme Terrain because of the good reviews I got from friends...I was not let down and I look forward to purchasing more from ET in the future.

If your in to off-roading this will be the best place to shop. I'm not really into off-roading but I feel this will be the best place to shop, to build my off-road Steeler Nation Tundra.

Ordered Four Shocks separately in the Presidents Day Sale (2 Front and 2 Rear) and got 2 shipping numbers from Fed Ex. On arrival day 3 boxes show up and (of course only 3 shocks and 3 tracking numbers). Boxes were rough and two had open ends. My wife called ET and the gal was helpful and explained should have received 4 tracking numbers and the 4th shock was a day behind and she gave my wife the tracking number. The next day the 4th shock showed up reboxed with the original box looked like it had shipped via Ukraine and was inside a new box that could easily hold 4 shocks. Pleased with the Product but not the packaging and miscommunication of how many boxes to be looking out for. They could have easily put two shocks strapped together so there would have only been two packages.

Placed my order on July 31st around lunch and received a shipping confirmation email later that afternoon. Delivered within 3 days as stated when my order was placed. Ordered items were packed the right way for shipment, ensuring that when I opened the boxes I would receive what I ordered - "new parts that looked like new parts"! No dents, dings or scratches. Great job Extreme Terrain. Couldn't be happier!
