My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

Easy, selection very good, lots to choose from. Items were delivered in great shape and so far everything is good. The lights I bought fix perfectly on the jeep. In some of the reviews I read they didnt fit, that wasnt case for me. This is my 2nd set of seat covers, quality seems good but the fit isnt the same as the last set. They are fine but the 1st set fit more snug, these have a looser fit. Time will tell how they hold up. Overall very happy with the items i purchased.
Been here before
I got the order. It was only missing a washer, a nut and the instruction sheet. I really wish I could have gotten a photo copy or link to install instruction. It wouldn't cost anything and would help your customers tremendously.
Availability and price
I have bought from them in the past and received my orders within a week. My recent purchase I bought a bumper and right before I hit purchase I called them and asked if the item was in stock, The guy one the phone told me yes it is in stock, so I made my purchase, 3 days later I got a email saying it is out of stock and would be 8-10 weeks, so 8 weeks go by I get a email noting the item is back in stock( Monday). The next day I call them to see when its going to ship they said that day it would ship, I called again 3 days later(Friday) and was told the next day it would ship. I noticed on Tuesday the item went out of stock again. Now it's the fight to get my money back and order from their competitor.
Everything arrived in a timely fashion and prior to the scheduled date. The only thing I did not like was that I was offered extended warranty for the lift kit. According to the details on the warranty policy it stated that it would cover 1yr after manufactures warranty expired. This was not true due to the fact that rough country offers limited lifetime warranty with their products. Fortunately ExtremeTerrain was able to give me store credit for the amount of the warranty purchased.

My 2K Jeep TJ with an old Skyjacker 4" budget suspension lift needs new rear sway bar bushings and end link bushings. So glad that ET has them bundled. Ordering was smooth. Was shipped right away. So far so good being that this is my first order.
I was having trouble with deciding between lift kits for my 2023 Bronco. Called Extreme Terrain and got Eric on the line. Very helpful. Gave me advice to be able to fit 37s on my sasquatch Bronco, while keeping the geometric components of my vehicle in check.
Autobody shop was reluctant in putting these on my jeep at first. They wanted to see them first. I took them in and the technician said they were great quality and did not hesitate putting them on my 2019 Jeep Wrangler JL. What a difference these made! Love the look!
Hasn’t let me down yet!
I was disappointed in three significant ways. 1. The running boards arrived in a box with one of the ends open. 2) The running boards I purchased were advertised for a 2023 Jeep Wrangler 2-door, but when I went to install them it was clear they were not compatible. Even the instructions said for Jeeps up to 2020. 3. The return process was not easy. They have no phone number to call to talk to in person. You are forced to chat with someone and explain what happened in order to get a return link sent to your email that contains the FedEx return slip (I never received the link and had to chat with another associate and repeat #2 above). Once i received the link, I had to take 3 photos and upload them: the box, how it didn't fit, and one other I can't remember. Reboxing was also not easy at all.

I had a set of headlights come with a missing part and I emailed the support and they were quick to answer and get my issue figured out. I'm hoping to get the missing piece in a few days. Product selection
I bought floor mats for my new 2023 Jeep Sahara 4XE for the front,back and cargo area. Only the front fit, so they sent they wrong mats for the rest of the Jeep. They are charging me 25 dollars to return the wrong mats they sent. I've ordered a lot of stuff on line but I've never seen something like this. This is nuts!

Ordered a Red Rock Grill guard with 3 day shipping. Was supposed to arrive on the 17th, I got a notice from FedEx that it would arrive on the 23 then the 24, so on the 25th I contacted Extreme Terrain and was told that the product had been returned and the would credit a refund back to my card. They further said that they did not know why it was returned. I asked them to just resend it and was told that I would need to go back on their web site and reorder it. Check with my bank and the credited the cost of the grill guard, but charged me for the shipping. I had to go back to Extreme Terrain and argue with them about the shipping cost. This is not the first time I have had issues with Extreme Terrain, but it will be my last.
Everything with Extreme Terrain so far was great. The order itself from DV8 was incomplete. The hinges for the driver side door was not in the box. I called it in to Extreme and I will see if it is handled in a timely manner.
My other two options were no available and I liked the look of the DV8 doors.
Took me all of 5 mins to place the order…opted for the free shipping and they were delivered 2 days later. I walked out the door and there they were. I mean I "completed" the order closer to 12 am on say a Monday night and they were here Wednesday night around 8pm

I have done plenty of research on trying to find a bracket that gives the OEM look without the price. When I tell you that this reinforcement and relocation bracket is spot on, that's what I mean all the way down to the weight of the bracket.
My RS Nerf Side Step Bars were 3 days late and what made it worse was it kept saying it was coming that a day and I'd wait for it and it would never come... for 3 days! Once it did come and when I had time to install it, they were all scratched up! Bummer.
Variety of products
Super easy to install (husband did it in 40minutes). Easy to use. I like my hard top, but hate removing panels. Now i can easily enjoy the benefit of a soft top on with the rest staying with hard top.
I have been wanting this product for a long time. I am constantly moving and working in different parts of the country. I usually switch tops depending on the areas. Which top goes on depends on whether it is a big city, rural area, hot southern state or colder northern state. Now I don't have to switch the whole top, I can have the benefit of both hard and soft.
Sidestep did not fit the vehicle I accurately specified. The roof rack is still missing lots of parts. A credit was issued but I was not informed I wouldn't receive the missing parts as a result. I am still waiting for my return slip for the sidestep. Nothing went well at all. I regret shopping with this company.
