Extreme Terrain

Tight fit in the instructions is accurate. I put the lower seat cover on before the upper, because the Velcro on the upper fused with the seat on its way to the other side making it impossible for me to pull it through. With the neoprene covering the seat, it pulled through much more easily. But still an extremely tight fit. And the pieces weren't labeled, so by the end of it all I realized that I had put the passenger bottom seat cover on the driver's seat. But after the time, and sweat investments, I chose not to switch them.

Extreme terrain is great, the delivery was bad the whole side of the outer box and product box was broken open like it was throne on the ground a few times, when I took the unit out it was scratched on the bottom, I haven't hooked it up yet but I hope it works.

No problems with ordering, the order was shipped out quickly, but FedEx is so bad at getting things delivered on time, they let the package sit in my local warehouse for two days before finally delivering it 3 days after it was supposed to come (not Extreme's fault really). There is a large one pager inside the box of tail lights that immediately tries to explain that condensation inside the light is normal, I beg to differ. I have never had any tail or headlights that have had condensation inside them. I installed these lights and washed my truck the next day, and the drivers side light held condensation for 6+ hours. I don't know why this would be considered normal but it's not. The lights look great and I am happy with the apperance. The metal clips where the screws engage for installation are crap, they need to be updated to matcht he factory clips. I had to use the factory clips because the screws immediately stripped the clips from the lights. Please update those clips!

Very pleased with my experience. Lot of options, even found a scratch and dent model of what i was looking for (half price :). Can't beat that.

The RC Multiple light controller fits perfectly on top of the dash, wire harness is long enough to run it exactly how you want it. It is powered straight from the battery instead of the accesory switch but that wasn't a big deal for me. Comes with fork "Y" terminals for your accesories and zip ties. I really liked how the base sits off-set instead of being exactly on top of the engine.

The item worked as described and definitely made a difference in the throttle response. My Gladiator now has a fast response upon the press of the gas pedal. Item was shipped and delivered expediently.

Wrong parts in kit for Yukon gears. In the process of getting correct kit. I first called extreme terrain and they said I had the correct parts. I contacted yukon tech support with the part numbers I received from extreme and they said I had two rear gears and piñon shipped. Should have been a front and rear.

This install was very easy. It showed removing the seat to install the brackets but I just leaned seat against back seat and installed the brackets, then set seat up on brackets and bolted down. It makes the biggest difference with leg room and getting in and out of Jeep. I'm 6' 4" and I couldn't reach the pedals with seat all the way back.

My order was received, but the end flap of the box was nearly tore off exposing the content. I inspected the compressor and it appears to have NOT suffered any damage, but I am surprised that Extreme Terrain thought that the original packaging would survive, intact, with the weight of the content.

My husband ordered ball joints. He received the wrong ones TWICE. He called. They would not let him speak to a manager he couldn't get anywhere with Brandon. Then Brandon called him a jerk and hung up. My husband then calls back and is told they put the wrong picture with the part they sent him and they don't carry the part he actually needs. They really know what they are doing. I wouldn't give it even one star if I didn't have to.

I ordered a Black cover - it arrived Grey - had a feeling this would happen when the order confirmation came back & it showed grey, not black. Disappointed...

I ordered these hood latches and my husband put them on and they are great!
He said they weren't hard to put on. They look wonderful. I had to get out on the interstate to see of they worked (without the hood flutter). Highly Recommend!

These were so easy to put on. At first the holes weren't lining up so I was getting ready to box them up and send them back. But then I thought they make these and sell them all day. Maybe I should read the directions sure enough it said bolt everything up loosely then Line up the bolts to hold the bar to the bracket. So I did it again put everything on loosely and it fit perfect. Nice job love the price. Supposedly it had minor scratches on them but I couldn't find them well pleased good company delivered quickly

Love coming to the website and going through parts, being able to save parts to a list for later. Good prices on everything, good sales that happen. Have bought quite a few parts for my JK through the website.

Ok, once again I have ordered from your company and once again I am extremely impressed. I ordered a Smittybuilt SRC Rear Bumper. I didn't order with the D Rings and had to fix my order. I called customer service and got it all fixed, the customer service person i dealt with was awesome. Yet, that wasn't the only thing that impressed me. I ordered this on Wednesday and received it on Thursday. I was shocked to say the least. I have told everyone I know who has a Jeep to only deal with your company. Other companies I have dealt with in the past, are not near as awesome as you all are. Thanks again for such great customer service.
