My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

It was a little late in the evening and my call was answered and the person on the other line was knowledgeable in what I wanted to buy and the sales process was smooth and fast.
All was good. Had to wait an extra day. On the site said would be delivered in 2 days. Confirmation showed 5 days. Pinged support and they confirmed 2 days. Received in 5 days.

I received an email asking if I ever received the Jeep cover and I replied I have not. I do see where the payment cleared my bank but to this day I never received the cover.
