I ordered a set of rear tube doors for my jku I bought some that were open box they had been assembled and used for video shoot and disassembled and repackaged I got them for much cheaper than brand new they were easy to assemble and look great on my Jeep thanks

I had ordered a timing chain for a NP231 from E bay, paid for 2 day delivery. 3 weeks later still no part. Ordered one from EXTREME TERRAIN on the Thurs 13th received it following Monday. That's 3 days and part in hand. The other guys, 3 weeks no parts. Use Extreme Terrain... get your stuff on time!

I ordered parts for my jeep, itvwas estimated to be there by Friday then updated and said Monday. I was disappointed, because I had a short window to work on it. My parts came Saturday. I was greatful. Thank you!

I recent bought a Toyota Tundra which has been a dream for awhile and the truck was amazing to begin with… and now with the new running-boards and projector LED headlights… the truck is perfect. I can't express how happy I am with the products, and even more so with how quickly the items arrived, in perfect shape with no stress or hassle whatsoever.

There was a miscommunication of a charge back by paypal. After this was resolved, my extreme terrain account was flagged and I could not make a purchase. I called customer service to explain and though the agent seeminglyling understood the misunderstanding, there was nothing they could do to release the ban of my account.

I ordered a new top for my Jeep & I wasn't sure if they made a sun rider top for my year model because I didn't see it in my catalog they sent me; so I called and the gentleman on the phone was very helpful and answered all my questions. He found the top that I wanted gave me the model number and gave me his extension if I needed anything else, I'm just sorry I don't remember his name to give him credit for his helpful service. My only suggestion is that y'all need to use someone besides FedEx because they are trash, it didn't arrive when said then said it would come on Monday and did not said attempted delivery which was a lie cause I had it sent to my salon and was there until 7:00pm that night it didn't come until Tuesday afternoon. Not too big of a deal for me but if somebody needed something pretty quick it could be an issue. But Extreme Terrain services were great and will definitely be ordering from them again.

I wish I would of checked the reviews before I ordered from this trash company. It has been almost a month and I still have not received my bucket doors I ordered. As a matter of fact the doors have not even been shipped out yet... so it will be well over a month before i receive them. I just contacted Extreme Terrain and they said my order was pushed back but I never received an email letting me know it was pushed back and I would not receive them for Jeep Week, which is the reason I purchased the doors. Summer will be over before I receive my doors... I will NEVER order from here EVER again!

Bought Raxiom J******* window mount switches. Very happy with them. Install video was on Wrangler with auto trans. Had to get creative with switch harness routing in my 6 speed manual. Took 2 people with a lil fussin & cussing, but we got it and they look great.

Received a damaged order and requested a refund, the customer service agent said I would be receiving a refund, but the sent replacement items instead. Told multiple customer service reps I do not want this item, they said it was already shipped and there was nothing they could do, even though it hadnt shipped yet. Told me they would make it worth my while to just accept the order and return it later. Another rep named Raymond said he contacted the shipper and that the item wouldn't ship to me. All he did was put me on hold and pretend to contact the carrier in order to placate me. This was the 1st time I purchased anything from this company, it will also be the last. I'll just order from Toyota from now on.

Make sure they don't send via FedEx! Only UPS... FedEx just leaves you stuff anywhere... UPS leaves at door! Received my items, everything is as it should be contextually.

My overall experience has been good with no complaints.

Everything was available, shipped quickly and arrived in good order.

They don't send any hardware, and you need it. Ace hardware is down the street, to buy longer 6mm screws. And hard to elongate the front two hole to get it too fit.

These seem to be pretty nice so far. Not too difficult to install, took me over an hour with my hubby's help. Gives my jeep some character now instead of plain black.

Bought mud flaps for my 2023 Jeep Gladiator rubicon and when I got them they wouldn't fit. They were for an overland. I returned them and I'm waiting for ones that fit my vehicle. Didn't see a place that asked for my model just gladiator jt. Nbd but site was specific.

Order arrived in a few days after purchase! Instructions were clear and install was very straightforward. Only took me about an hour total. Very happy with the purchase and item!

Not 100% happy with Westin products, one rear flare had surface rust at a weld, poor paint coverage? I'm hoping they don't rust quickly.
The DV8 front inner fender liners didn't come with the correct hardware, had to purchase the correct hardware.
Wouldn't mind exchanging the fender flares but I don't have time and don't want to have to foot the bill for return shipping.

I ordered a front and rear bumper along with step sides for my 2017 Jeep wrangler the parts got here fast and are built solid and easy to install won't order parts any where else for my Jeep

Pleasantly surprised on how easy it was to install and how perfectly it fit.

I ordered the Bestop Trektop NX Glide and I do like the product. My only complaint is that if I'm spending over a thousand dollars on a product, I'd want it to come intact and without ay missing pieces. I did not reach out because the top still works as intended with the broken piece, but just something to be aware of.

Two bumpers not shipped at same time; on-line chat answered my question, one came directly from the factory a few days later. Nice to be able to understand the process on-line

I purchased the Side Steps. RedRock PNC Side Step Bars; Textured Black Easy installation. You must watch the installation video. The directions that came with the steps are vague and easy to miss a washer or two
