I went online to buy some steps for our new gladiator and could not get my credit card to work and I tried again and it finally went through when I was on the phone with someone and I stayed on the line with him until it went through.

Very easy to navigate and informative. Enjoyed the videos as well. Plus, you guys are locked in Malvern and I lived there for a time. Awesome job and will definitely use you again

I purchased a replacement window for my 2010 Jeep. First I was sent the wrong window (Passenger side) which obviously I couldn't install. Secondly the one they exchanged it for was the wrong size, Although allegedly it was for my Jeep it did not match the zipper size of the top. After an extended amount of time with their sales rep trying to figure out and resolve the issues sending pictures of the zipper with an imprinted number on it that did not match my Jeep. Is response it was I've never heard of that. Regardless I resented return the product which was in its original box in new condition only to be told after these long dating conversation and e-mails back for that I see the timeline warranty. Keep in mind this is during the coronavirus shut down. I made the assumption that they would honor the guarantee. They did not. I'm out almost $100 for a replacement window. Live and learn I guess.

Great deal on open box bumper... the only thing that i didnt like was that it was shipped with out wrapping?. The bumper was scratched and dinged up buy the time i got it?. Ended up having to paint the whole thing before installing... but it was a good price.

Ordered some new headlights. Description said they were direct fit. Drivers side went in great. Passenger side required a little bit of filing of the notches. Working great so far

Order part that was described to be here in a week. After I paid the time was doubled. Now it looks closer to a month.

The service was great but the product was not so great. The molded flaps didn't even line up with the existing holes and the mold must've been for another version if there was one. Couldn't use the front guards. Will try something else.

I ordered through them because they advertised quick shipping. 10 days later, there is still no progress in shipping or update on the replacement product being shipped. Highly unsatisfied.

Ordered flat black wheels, received 1 flat black and 3 gloss black wheels. Ordered black bullet lug nuts, received black acorn lug nuts. If I wasn't in a bind for tires and wheels (and they weren't already mounted and balanced) I would have made a stink about it. It's not a HUGE deal. I know how to paint wheels. But may look elsewhere next time I make a big purchase like this again.

I ordered two CV shafts and they arrived quick and the price was fair, they were installed the next day and took a test drive out in the woods and had no issues with them. So far I'm satisfied.

I was very pleased to find the item I wanted in-stock! I had previously ordered the item from another Jeep site but on backorder. When I looked on Extreme Terrian it was in-stock. The price was $20 more, but the fact I did not have to wait weeks for the item was worth it!

Ordered a new spare tire cover for my jeep, we arrived yesterday I put it on today, and very pleased with it. Website is easy to use and shipment was quick.

We order a new larger radiator for our 1998 Jeep TJ. The order indicated a shipping date. A few days past that time we still had heard nothing so contacted ET. Found out that the item was out of stock at the manufacturers and wouldn't be available for more than a month. We weren't too happy that manufacturer couldn't have contacted us or ET sooner with that info but the associate at ET found another make to replace it, got the replacement ordered and canceled the original order. Did I mention we were up against a travel deadline? ET got the shipment set up in time for delivery in time for us to hit the road as planned. Their customer service is always the best.

I ordered a 3" front 2" rear lift kit and the pictures showed that the kit came with the front differential bushings and undercarriage shield bushings and bolts but when the kit arrived it didn't have any of the bushings or bolts. So I had to go and order the bushing kit. So not only did I have to make another order but I had to reschedule my installation…. I was really hoping to do all my future upgrades to my 2017 Tacoma by buying from this site but I'm having second thoughts now.

They don't fit at all had to trim out where the tail lights go to be able to screw the mounting stew back in. Don't waste ur money unless u have lots of time and a steady hand

Received my rotors the exact day they said. Overall they look good

Called and talked to extreme terrain about a product it said 2day shipping ask them if I would receive it by Friday this was Tuesday they said yes because they use fedex it will not be here till Sunday sending it back

I've only made 1 purchase but the item was exactly as described and promptly shipped.
