It was a quick and easy process. Parts came on time and undamaged.

I've received everything that I ordered. The products are what I was expecting.

The Molle panel system was simple to install using factory holes to mount panels to except the driver side panel. The 2022 tacoma does not have a compartment on the driver side to mount lower bolts to existing holes and leaves the area for vibrations. The fix was to soft mount the top three bolts into rail, then mark hole of lower attachment bolts. Remove panel, drill holes to install M6 Rivnuts, then complete final install.

I ordered 2 parts Nov 2nd with the promise of they will be delivered Nov 11th. The first part was delivered Nov 16th and was damaged in the box, so this was shipped broken but sent it anyway. Today is Dec 14th and i finally had to cancel the other part that never showed up. And every time i talked to them i get the same BS line of "this is shipping from our supplier and you'll get an email notification in 24-48 hours." surprise surprise i never got any notification. They are garbage to work with so same your money and peace of mind and get your parts somewhere else.

I placed the order on the 10th and received it on the 14th. I had logged into my account and saw that the shipping date was 9/22 and cancelled the ordered. I then received an email later that evening stating the parts had shipped. The customer service was excellent with handling the situation.

I have become more and more disappointed with ET. I think I have placed my last order with them. Problems with items not fitting right, receiving the wrong items, items not coming because they tell me they're out of stock (when they WEREN'T out of stock when I placed the order). Just too many headaches.

It was not very easy to buy since um in BOTSWANA (in Africa), i had to buy through a friend in USA who then shipped to me in Botswana.

Ordered on line with no issue. Item fits vehicle as described. The windshield header is required but it doesn't need to be Smittybilt. Bestop header worked fine.

I was about to buy the same top from Quadratec. They totally blew the customer service part of online ordering, so I remembered extreme terrain. I will never stray again

Got my cold air intake in days and put it on. Works as advertised

Extreme Terrain has lots of selections on wheels and tires. The purchasing experience is pretty smooth and the wheels+tires look great on my Jeep. But there is something confused me as well. Before placing the order I confirmed 2 things with the service guy: 1) the TPMS sensor installed is programmed to match the 2023 Jeep wrangler rubicon, and 2) the old lug nuts can be reused for the new wheels. After getting the "YES" confirmation, I placed the order. I got the wheels+tires package two days ago and found the old lug nuts can't be reused to the new wheels, and the new TPMS sensor can't be read by my Jeep;-(. I think the sensors are basically programmed, but they are not recognized by the Jeep TPMS module. The Jeep manual says the the module is programmed with the parameters of stock wheels and tires. I guess this is why the new set of wheels+tires can't be read. I guess the TPMS module needs to be reset?

Only gave a 4 because price, however I'm satisfied with it coming from USPS maybe because they just processed the order for Jet. I actually didn't notice a difference because only two days ago I installed the throttle controller I ordered at the same time

I am a first time Jeep owner. What was very helpful was the associated videos explaining installation. Perfect! My purchase arrived in just 2 days - WOW! Prices were competitive and fair.

I placed an order with 2 day shipping and was given a Friday delivery. My wife's birthday is Saturday. Now I get a message that the items will be here on Monday.
Not happy.

I was aggravated that I had a 20% coupon in my email and it expired yesterday. My husband just out of blue said he wanted me to order this for him today.there were no up to date coupons.

It was an easy install. Took about an hour with deinstall of factory arts. My Gladiator looks great and now the grill has some protection from wildlife.

I thought I was going to receive a new product but it definitely had the wear of used. I'm using it b/c I need it. Fit was perfect but still for the amount I paid I expected bran NEW, NOT a returned product!
