Extreme Terrain

I purchase a Rugged Ridge Water Resistant Cab Cover for my 2009 Jeep Wrangler. I loved it water leaked onto driver and passenger floor boards and shorted out the electronics (light, horn, air compressor) on my driver side. The cover didnt fit the doors properly (at the side or bottom). I contacted Extreme Terrain and they denied it was a fitment issue. I contacted the manufacturer Rugged Ridge and they immediately stated it was a fitment issue and are sending a replacement. Customer Service goes a LONG way.

I wanted to surprise my GF with new tires and rims for Christmas. Put the order on Black Friday. By Dec 14, Everything but 2 tires arrived. When I called, they informed me that the 2 tires had been lost - but something about a label being generated,, bla bla bla. But they were going to do me a FAVER and resend them even though their policy was to put a claim in first. Still no tires. I call today and they still had not shipped the tires. They start telling me I had to get all the tracking numbers off the items for them, bla bla bla. Told them to take the tires back and I'd get them somewhere else and they tell me that I have to pay the return frieghtmayself. Place is a JOKE... So aggervated!

A little harder to install than I thought it would be, but works great and the price was good! Most of what we looked at called for a higher ceiling than we have, so this was perfect for us!

Simple---went on-line, placed an order and it was delivered 3 days later. Having it installed tomorrow.

Called customer service and once I got to Yasmin A, he assisted in getting a compatible wiring harness for tge light bar I previously ordered(recommended one was out of stock). Received in 2 days

The ordering process was easy. Delivery was timely considering the holiday season. Installation was easy based on the installation video. Lights look great!

Not bad y'all stopped sending me magazines tho and that's pretty damn disappointing. I put a few weeks ago I changed my address idk if it didn't save or what but I ain't t got one in a little while

I purchased a bed rack for my Jeep Gladiator to mount a rooftop tent on. The site indicated I would get it within 2 business days. This was an ideal situation as it would allow me to assemble my truck that weekend for a camping trip the following weekend. I paid for the "Shipping Assurance" as well.

Well... They sent me an email saying the rack had shipped but upon examination this was innacurate. UPS tracking said only a label had been printed and nothing had been transferred to them. That doesn't mean "shipped" to me. This status stayed the same for 2 days. The day it was supposed to arrive I contacted customer service, and they launched an investigation. I was told the "investigation" would take 3 days, then if they didn't find the item a replacement would be sent within 2 or 3 days after that. I complained a little and reminded them I paid for "Shipping Assurance". After a little back and forth I was told a replacement would be shipped within 2 or 3 days in accordance with the Shipping Assurance policy. Well, again I receive a "your item has shipped" email. However, identically to the last time a replacement label has been printed, but again it has not been picked up by UPS and it looks like my rack will yet again not ship out. There's no way I'm going to get it in time to attach it and my tent to my truck before my trip. If it even ships it won't be here until the following Monday - 6 business days AFTER the promised 2 business day delivery.

So they're definitely needs to be instructions with how to install these. It's a lot of guessing and watching the video there was no instructions at all to put on the fake plastic rivets.

Every thing shipped on time, I made a mistake on the order, was handled quickly and in a friendly manner. I have ordered several items all of highest quality, also appreciate the how to Videos.

It was a very good fit, was like most people said about door skins being hard to get on, but that's what you want is a good fit. Take your time with them and you will have no problem.

I received my order within a few days. I had a question about the contents and called your customer service. Gentleman responded very quickly with what I needed to know.

Ordered part 10-26-23, I still do not have the part 10 days later. Ordered 3 day shipping. Keep getting notices that it's out for delivery, oh by the way in Colorado somewhere. I live in AZ.

I love doing business with Extreme Terrain. If I have a complaint, it's shipping via FedEx. They tend to have Ace Ventura deliver most of their packages.

The items arrived in good condition and in a timely manner. I have not installed them, but they do appear to be substantial in construction and should hold up well.
