The quality appears very good, but they are much smaller than the original lug nuts. In addition, there is a special socket enclosed and it will.nut holdup to an impact wrench.

The shopping and shipping experience went great. I bought some headlights for my dads Tacoma at 2am on Black Friday then it showed up the following Wednesday.

OutI bought these for a gift. She hasn't gotten them put on yet but so far she is happy. I can't believe how fast they got here after I ordered! Very pleased!

Very satisfied with the drilled rotor and brake pads upgrade I doing on my 18 wrangler sahara JL 4dr but unfortunately the rear set didn't fit they were quaker of and each smaller than what I have currently OEM..

I ordered the red rock oem style side steps for Jk. One step was broken due to shipping. No fault of Extreme Terrain. Ordered new set and those arrived no issues.

This was a gift for my wife but do to the weather it came a few days late, she couldn't have been happier with her new headlights and when the weather gets better we will be installing them.

Very easy and I ordered this morning and already shipped with tracking. The only thing they didn't do is install on my jeep I guess that will be up to me. Thx for great and prompt service

Received the replacement JK front bumper cover quicker than indicated. Have not installed it yet, but appears to be a direct replacement for the OEM unit. Arrived in good condition.

I bought a wheel from this place, that clearly states is for a 2018 Jeep Jk in their web page.
They shipped the wrong wheel and refuse a return, because their return policy.
I had bought the wheel last February, but they shipped late, and i had to travel overseas before receiving the item. Then I become trapped overseas because the COVID 19, and cant return home till now, when opning the box, I just realized they shipped the wrong item, and now they are telling I am out of the return time window time, wat kind of customer service is this?
I had attached pictures of both wheels, where is obvious that the bolt pattern are diferent.
Will not buy anything from the again.
Stay away from this guys.

As far as the heated seat covers go, if you didn't get them from the factory I highly recommend them. They heat up fast and keep your bum nice and toasty.

Finally purchased a hoist for my 2 JK 's. Order arrived early and undamaged. I think the FedEx driver even pulled up my recycling can after drooping off the box. Maybe he drives a Jeep too?

I made my order by phone and 2 out of 6 items were wrong and 1 never arrived. When I called, the representative said he would email me a return label for the wrong items, and for his mistake, ship my replacement parts immediately, which he did not. I said I would put the label on the box and leave it by the curb for UPS to pick up, which never happened. After days of no pickup, I inquired and now EXT wanted ME to fix their mistakes and call UPS for pickup, which their representative was supposed to do, or for ME to take the mis-shipped items to the UPS on MY time before they would ship my new parts. I've wasted hours waiting on the phone with returns and customers NO SERVICE and days for parts that were not on the way as promised. If you ask me, Extreme Terrain could care less about how much their customers are inconvenienced even after their own mistakes. I will NEVER do business with them again.

I ordered shocks and use my PO box and your website accepted it I wanted to know where my shocks were at and when they were being shipped the chat person told me they can't ship to a PO box then your website should not accept it you probably should fix that I will never $#*!ing order from you again and I'm also going to give everybody I know that buys four-wheel drive parts not to buy from you people like to steal or from houses when packages are left outside that's why it was being shipped to my PO box because I don't use my home mailing address

Bad experience just don't want to deal with extreme terrain anymore I can go elsewhere there's a lot of places to do stream terrain won't be one of them

Carpet fit was relatively good but the kit does not include kick panels, rocker panels, or rear door panels resulting in an unfinished appearance if your changing carpet color.

All steps of removal and replacement went smoothly. Two notes: I would say this is a 3 on the loudness scale and the muffler mounts a tiny bit cocked.

It's been a few months since I ordered, received, and installed the Side Step Bars. They look great on my Tacoma. Last week though, I noticed one was rusting. I called ET to report and was told that they couldn't do anything - it was more than 30 days. So much for EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Workmanship and materials warenteed for 30 days -not making this repeat customer happy.
