My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer
Ordered some Red Rock nerf bars for my 07 Tundra. Had some old faded factory running boards that had to go. Thank you Extreme Terrain! Fast, easy transaction from order to install. Highly recommend!
Great selection of parts for my Tundra.
We purchased a lift kit and 5 wheels for our jeep wrangler. Thier website has lots of options and was very useful in showing what each set of wheels look like on our model jeep. Definitely recommend!

Second set of body armor doors I have bought, no instructions again, missing bolts and nuts and washers, missing bumpers, thank GOD I have the other set which fell apart, for spare parts, run away from these,

I'm one of those late night think of things people and decided to order a few bulky parts. I woke up and a few hours later had shipping confirmation. It's really hard to top that theses days.
I’ve used you guys before with other Jeep models.
I made 2 orders from Extreme Terrain. I called and spoke to their "expert enthusiasts" for both orders.
The first order was a lift kit. I spent roughly 30 minutes on the phone discussing lift kits with the rep. I called them because the kit I wanted was listed as not in stock on their website. He helped me find one that was in stock and ready to ship. A few days later, I logged into my account to discover that the lift kit doesn't ship for 3 weeks. When I called them back they told me their website doesn't update the stock properly and they may or may not be able to cancel my order.
The second order was for a tire. I found the tire on their website and called to speak to their rep to make sure the order was correct. We made the order and I went to bed happy. I checked my account the next morning (11 hours later) and the guy ordered the wrong tire. I called to change the order (11 hours after making it) and they told me "the order is locked and we cannot cancel it".
This company is the reason Amazon is going to take over the world. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Tip for consumers:
Avoid them completely. I was referred by a friend. After these problems, I did my own research and found significantly better prices on other websites.

None so far. They have taken payment but not sent any information about shipping or anything else.

Random search. Then I really like that I can specify my Jeep’s year, color, etc. This is critical when selecting AM parts that will fit.
Saw they were on sale and just what i was looking for. Best part was they were made by the same company as my bumper i purchase from Extreme Terrain a while back.

Items arrived on time. Tuner worked out perfect. The foot pegs I ordered. One was missing. And the packaging was horrible. But I am in contact with the company about that right now

I paid for the 2 day shipping when I placed the order on 3/17 and system said I would receive product by end of day 3/19. However item was not delivered until 3/22.

Total breeze ordering and researching! Notifications are smooth with no issue! Out of stock parts seem to get restocked quickly. I had all my parts delivered to an off-road garage with no issues!

Company unable to process order for some reason. Not a good experience and 45 minutes wasted on both ends. No resolution I had to follow up twice to no avail and finally cancelled.

Had what I needed when other places had the parts on back order
Needed a replacement drag link - the original one finally bent after 248,000 miles and the 40th or so off road trip. Was able to find, compare, and purchase one in under 5 minutes.
Customer support was great helped me make sure I got the right top everything seems great quality only issur was instructions not the greatest kind of vague but managed to get it installed
Rough Country leveling kit pictured on the website did not match what was delivered. Shipping was fast though. Working with customer support to resolve the issue now

Fast shipping and very good variety of parts.
Called Extreme Terrain for advice, I spent $600 on 4 new shocks, I was told to check my email, which I did an hour later, only to find they were sending me 4 front shocks, should have been 2 front & 2 rear shocks, called them back & was told they can't cancel the order & to return them when they arrive, which is ok, I asked them to send the correct shocks & was told I needed to pay for these too, spoke to a supervisor who said he will sort everything out & call me back the following day, he never called back, so I cancelled my order & had to wait 3 weeks before they refunded my money, I will never buy anything from Extreme Terrain again & would recommend to everyone to do the same.
All I wanted to do was post my Jeep on this site but in order to do that, you must buy their products... BAD IDEA! Good products... bad company! They have no clue how to send an order out correctly!

2017 jku with 37x13.50 with 14" wide wheel with 4" lift. When I purchased the jeep all of this was already done. I replaced all the steering components with steersmarts products and they have been great but I started to get steering wiggle and an up and down bounce at speeds 30-45 mph. Got really annoying as those are speeds that I am usually at driving through town. I assumed the jeep still had the stock ball joints and knew they wouldn't handle that set up well. Bought the teraflex ball joints and had them put in. I can do a far amount of mechanical stuff with the jeep but decided to let someone else deal with this. Picked up the jeep and it drives great now. No more steering wiggle and no bouncing! In the process of beefing up the front axle now but I couldn't be happier with these teraflex ball joints. Pricier than others but so far they have been well worth the cost!
