My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

The rebate that was promised isn't emailed til later in July which is also on good for orders o er 300.00.which this isn't really disclosed clearly when you make a purchase to achieve the $50 rebate initially.in being said extreme lost a sale on a winch.

I was also going to order a winch with the rebate,which then fell threw due to unclear disclosure.
I have yet to receive my order it has only been a day but the amount of advertising emails i have received is ridiculous!
With a lot of work I made them some what fit. My seat controls are completely covered. And seat straps to short. You need to be more precise with your merchandise.

Shipping was great. Product was good enough. Velcro tape was the worst I've seen in my 72 years. Wet wipes to clean Jeep top reinstalling were dried out. Used alcohol to clean top. Let it dry good. Only less than 1/3 Velcro tape stuck and some of them were down the next morning. Cheap Chinese crap. Change the Velcro to 3m it stuck fine.
Easy pick. Pay and shipped. I really don't have a lot to say. It was so simple and the product looks great and sounds great! Always Extreme Terrain!

This was a perfect fit for our '19 Sahara. The edging pops into place nicely, so there's no need to use a sun visor to keep in place.
I chose Extreme Terrain as I knew I would get a quality product for my Jeep, no questions asked.
My Jeep cover fits better than I thought it would. My JK is lifted with a Vortex hood, ultimate light bar across the top, huge after market bumper with an 8k winch and a light package. The cover goes over the entire Jeep and easy to install. I would recommend the product to anybody.

Wow! Right out of the box, I knew this was going to be an awesome product! The Bestop Sunrider for Factory Hard Tops; Black Diamond (20-24 Jeep Gladiator JT) is well built and was easy to install. I had trouble getting the screw through the cable head, but I finally got it assembled. Easy to install and it was ready to use. I am very pleased and will continue to shop Bestop.
I have ordered numerous products from Extreme Terrain and have never been disappointed in the product quality or easy of use. If I need something for my 2023 Jeep Gladiator I will always look here first before searching another compnay.

Extreme Terrain was very pleasant but once again FedEx dropped the ball. Still waiting for rear bumper with no excuse this is not the first time very disappointing.

Everyone is always great with advice.
There does seem to be a disconnect between the date and time of orders placed and when they arive. My last few orders were placed before 2 pm eastern and the ship date generated is the same day. However, the orders usually go out the next day or day after causing the items to miss the target delivery date.

Used the chat feature, fantastic service, The Associate made a recommendation on an upgrade item, gave me a number to call if I decided to purchase, 4 days later I called and within 10 minutes the purchase was completed. Now we wait for it to arrive.
Ordered 4 shocks….all in stock. They shipped 3….then Finally the 4th days later. First 3 arrived by FedEx in the manufacturers packaging with a FedEx label stuck to it. The boxes were all damaged terribly and the hardware was missing. Started text convo with support. Was told I could get credited $15 per box for what was going on….then another tech took over and didn't know what was going on…then another…ultimately they offered to credit me $16 if I kept the shocks and sourced my own hardware AND I agree that I can never return the shocks for ANY reason. Then the original tech came back on and said he didn't know why that was happening. Never again.

Great site easy to use
I recently purchased a new top for my jeep. Website was easy to use found what I needed good descriptions. I figured it would take weeks to recieve but I was wrong shipped out when they said and recieved the top a day earlier then estimated. Installing was easy and fits perfect. Great experience.
