I am thankful for your business and timely delivery but tired of $#*!ing reviews with everything. Please just do a simple box check of satisfied and rating. Don't make me type something, People are busy working and don't appreciate the endless review game. Sincerely
My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer
Order a sunshade through extreme terrain and the wrong item was shipped. Emailed them photos of the wrong item as well as what I had ordered and within an hour had a return label emailed to me.
The paper template that was provided was not the actual size of the bracket. This is a HUGE issue since we followed that template and drilled into the truck. Please advise.
My order got here in no time. Website is easy to operate i found what i needed and it was easy to do so. Thank you guys so much for it getting here on time for christmas

Sorry I Left u a message before I was a little rude. I didn't mean to be I didn't realize that it was sent out already so sorry about that thank you guys everything was great got here fast.
One of the headlights has a bracket that a piece of the trucks trim connects to was damaged. Styrofoam in package looked broken in pieces not protecting the headlight

The grill I ordered was damaged when shipped. I was able to talk with customer service and receive a new grill in a short time. Very friendly as I was talked through the process.

Received my packaged with huge open holes around the entire packaging due to the way it was being handled and the paint on my purchased item was scratched from the areas of the open cardboard holes.
Really quality products for the price. Only wish I could find the rest of the hinges to match the ones I bought. Looking for the inside hinge brackets in glossy black. Can't seem to find them

I ordered up a Skull and sword rear tire cover and it was the wrong size I took some pictures and returned it no problem. Got my credit and made sure I got the right size. Super happy with it
Tons of good options and gear for my Jeep
I work a regular (9 to 5'ish) Monday through Friday and I the site is accurate. I had my deliveries arrive on time and even early so that I had time to do my install over the weekend.
It was my first order and I was impressed with how quickly it was handled.
Everything was great, will have purchase here soon and couldn't be happier. Shipping was on time, I've had issues with other things recently not delivering on time.
Good products for prices that you can’t get other places
The first order came with the box torn open and many parts missing. I have received the replacement order but have yet to take time to open it and make sure all parts are within.
