I am thankful for your business and timely delivery but tired of $#*!ing reviews with everything. Please just do a simple box check of satisfied and rating. Don't make me type something, People are busy working and don't appreciate the endless review game. Sincerely
My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer
When I got my order both my boxes were cut open and the boxes were crushed I didn't see any damage to my order. I haven't checked to see if all parts are in the boxes.
I've always been satisfied with my orders but upset with the way this order was delivered.
This took so long to put on. The directions didn't even say which bolts to use. I had to guess. Lastly the brackets didn't match the diagram on the instructions.

Parts got here fast and are exactly what I ordered. The parts seem to be decent quality so far.
I always have a good experience with Extreme Terrain. I love that they have pictures of customer Mods so you can see what you purchase before you purchase it.
They have a wide assortment of Jeep products. They also have videos and installation instructions. They also have pictures of customers installed products.

Poor. None of the parts fit. Selection of parts was poorly chosen on ExtremeTerrains part. Could not reach support by phone, was directed to a bot over and over again. Hassle to return products.
Had the parts that were "Supposdly" compatible, but was not even close. First time and last time buying from Extreme Terrain.

Searching the site for what I was looking for was easy. Shipped quickly. The online installation videos were helpful as the printed directions were less helpful.

Easy to use website. Very helpful customer images and reviews. Also, very informative how to YouTube vids on the product and how to install. Very happy.
I trust what they carry for 4x4 vehicles as quality parts and dependability.
Either a part is missing or they sent a wrong part. 2" tube to the throttle body, but a 3"Breather and no connecting parts. Phone not answered and no messaging. No instructions either, no parts list.
A lot of off road enthusiasts have highly modified vehicles. It's a shame you have to put in a vehytyoe to use their site. I will not be visiting them or purchasing from them.

The LED lights purchased did not work. Either wrong product fitment or they were just bad. Site indicated they would work, so maybe they lights were just bad.
I ordered the bumpers and installed them on my jeep, they bolted on as described. The bumpers look great and with the Jeep branding they almost look factory.

Regarding one of the running boards. The underside of the running board we could not use one screw. The threads in the hole were defective. Otherwise running board is on

I called and asked for some information on a tire carrier. I believe i spoke with Arron. He was very helpful and knew the answers right away. The online order process was also very easy to do.
I carefully set the side guard down on the sidewalk. The end piece just shattered, I guess they used very cheap metal. At least they might help protect against door dings when I go to the mall?
