Was looking for a part to fix an issue with my 2019 Jeep JL Rubicon. I had previously ordered from Amazon but the part came in and wasn't correct even though it stated it was for my Jeep model. On July 31st I logged onto Extreme Terrain and quickly found my part - MotoFab Metal Sun Visor Repair Clips (18-23 Jeep Wrangler JL) Item #: J*******. I placed the order that day and it arrived just 3 days later on July 3rd. The instructions were easy to read/follow & within 10 minutes I had the part installed on my Jeep. Very happy with the item and the ease of purchase.

I purchased Bestop Trektop NX Soft Top, Black Diamond (07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK 4-Door), and it is the loudest top I have ever owned. It flaps loudly when you're driving. Not happy with it but not purchase g another one.

Busted both rear shocks. Jumped my dumb $#*! back on xt. Placed order chose 2 day shipp5cuz I'm in a bind. I find out from my own investigation that they wont ship to a p o but it didnt say that when it took my order and gave mr an order number. After finding all this out i now wont be getting my parts Friday more like monday or Tuesday. I paid extra to recieve them in 2 days. Now its gonna be 5 days. SAME AS IF I CHOSE FREE SHIPPING, NOT TO MENTION TH LASY ORDER WAS COMPLETELY WRONG PART. GONNA BE CALLIN A LIVE PERSON TOMORROW. SERVICE HAS GONE TO $#*!

Only because I can't put 0-stars. This business is absolutely ridiculous. Ive ordered a couple things from ExtremeTerrain and always had an issue one way or another. The first set of steps I ordered said it was for a 4-Door Jeep Wrangler JK 2007-2018. Even the picture was for a 4-door, nope they were for a 2-door. Now I just got my new ones after uninstalling and returning the last wrong steps (and driving to return them to a specific location) to find out that they only fit for a 07-13. Mine is a 2014 and there's definitely a difference. Their shotty website still says they fit for 07-18. They were so far off when I was installing them I had to google the model number and that's how I found out. I'm so frustrated right now. I'll never be a customer again. Customer service is probably the most important business factor in my opinion, and I was berated. I asked what they'd do for me for my inconveniences. I feel at the least they should've offered me an upgraded compatible set of steps, and/or reimburse me for my time, gas, and all the frustration that has been occurring, causing many unnecessary problems in my life. NOPE... They don't care about customer service or evidently re-peat customers because they said we'll put $50 credit on your account... That was a slap in my face. Now I don't have any rails and where the old bolt holes used to be are starting to rust out. Thanks Extreme Terrain for being a joke. FYI- potential Jeep parts shoppers, do your research like I should've done. There's way better pricing and parts all across the internet.

I wasn't sure what controller was best for my 4Runner. Left a message to have them call me which I did. I was told which one would work and it would plug right in to my truck and would only need to wire in a power wire to the battery. Received the controller and none of the above was true. There was no where to connect it to my truck. I started another chat with them online and was given no advice but to return it and order the correct one, which he didn't know which one and said I would need to call some number to talk to someone about it. Meanwhile, 30 second google search provided not only the adapter cable to plug directly into my truck but also the control knob adapter to mount the knob directly into one of the blank spaces in my dash. Never going back to these guys for any again. I realize that may seem a bit overkill but I don't appreciate the lack of effort to find a solution to my problem when it was their fault I did not have what I needed. Especially when the information was simple to find.

After looking at several of your roof racks. And watching an how to install it utube presentation I picked the red rock HD roof rack. It arrived in the two day shipping timeframe with a beat to hell box from FedEx. I should have refused it then but didn't. So when I opened the box allmost all parts were at least wrapped in plastic on bubble wrap. With high hopes I began attempting to assemble the rack. First fail was the right hand side rail had a bend in it. The second one came when I was putting the cross rails on and this one really ticked me off. There are four cross rails that have two tapped holes in each end. These are supposed to have 30 millimeter threads and bolts to hold the rack together. Some were tapped correctly some were a nightmare. There appears to be paint in the threads that won't come out and makes turning the Allen wrench trying to tighten them a pure pain in the butt. After hours of working on getting these bolts into the cross bars I am sorry I didn't send it back. It defiantly didn't go together like the utube presentation and I wouldn't ever buy a red rock product.

Placing the order, tracking the shipment was all good. Hinge Bushing install tool could be better made, worked on some of the old bushings but not all of them.

Ordering and shipping is easy and trouble free. I have never had a bad experience Extreme Terrain.

Do yourself a favor and read the description of each specific piece. It'll save you $10 if you end up not liking it and returning it
