My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer
Ordering through Extreme Terrain is better than directly ordering from the manufacturer.

Matt did a great job helping me review all the items I selected and even helped find some better options to accomplish my goals in my current build.
Site is fine. Shipping Used to be better (Free 2 days) Even after a nearly $600 order they want $19 for 2 day shipping.
Website was easy to navigate. Tons of products to explore. My order came quick and packaged very well. Great experience, will buy from again!

It was very easy to order my product on Extreme Terrain's website. The product arrived within a couple of days. They are perfect.
They had the product and color I wanted. The price was reasonable also.
The Black Stainless steel grill insert looks great and will protect my radiator from rocks & such. Fairly easy to install on my 2007 Wrangler.
I’ve purchased items here before. And they seem to love jeeps as much as I do :)
