My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

The instructional video is a little le confusing for me just because she doesn't show the angle in which she's drilling things
Purchased replacement visors for '98 jeep TJ. They were easy to install and match the camel colored original ones and interior well.

Ordered on Thursday, received on Saturday. Took about 30 minutes to install. Comes with no directions, but was simple and easy.
I've ordered items thru ET and have been pleased so far. Extreme Terrain is a bit more expensive than other online sights for ordering parts for a jeep but so far delivery has been quick and I'm pleased.
