My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer
I received the wrong item for my vehicle. I can't say it was ET's fault. The $15 restocking fee is not going to win back my business though.
Great catalog...
They took my $500+ and still haven't delivered my tonneau cover yet. It's been over three weeks and won't be shipped for 3 more weeks. Who does that?
Both Grille inserts I ordered arrived on time and in perfect condition. The fit is great! Now I just need to decide which insert I want to use.
Product selection
Found the parts I was looking for and they were delivered in a couple of days. No back orders or all the excuses i get tired of hearing.
Because when i order something they have it and get it delivered. I have order other products and once you pay for it then they tell you it is backed ordered and will ship it once they get it back in stock.
It wasn't clear to me that my order was going to be sent in multiple shipments. I expected and planned my schedule on the initial delivery.
Alot of inventory to choose from and that's good thing because you can't just go anywhere and find the things you are looking for your jeep
Super easy to find good products. Purchased HD OME leaf springs and bushing kits for my 21 Tacoma. Excited to get them in hand and install.
Finally arrived in the mail and quite happy with it. Install was quick and easy. Has a nice whistling sound when I push the trottle down.

Ordered cv axles twice for my tacoma and this is the second time they came in damaged I would not recommend it's going on a month without my truck now and gas and money I've spent to go pick the parts back up at the mechanic shop take them to get shipped back out and take them back to the mechanic I won't do it a third time I've never had such a hard time with a place also the first time I had to call and let them know I was sending them back they said yea send them back and we will just ship you out a new pair as soon as we get the other ones back I was like ok cool I call because no parts came in for two weeks and they tell me there was a glitch in the system and now I will have to reorder the parts and it will take 2 to 3 weeks to get my money back I don't have the money to spend again right now I just spent my last $400 to get the parts ordered the first time it's been hell trying to get these parts and get my truck back and I will not use this company again I'm going to see if my mechanic can just go ahead and put these on broke because I can't go another week without my truck it's sad
