My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

I have ordered parts for multiple jeeps. Parts always came in on time and as expected. Good quality parts, great deals. Only had to return one part due to me ordering the wrong part. I placed and order for two items for my 2022 Wrangler, door sill protection guards and two white stars. The door sill guards were delivered but the stars did not arrive. I contacted the site and held a "chat session" with one of the staff. They said they were going to investigate the shipping status and re-send me the two stars. To date, I have not had any further correspondence concerning the missing item.
I love how easy the site is to navigate. I also love the filter options to look for items for my specific make and model.
