My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer
Experience is easy, but the product quality is lower than expected for similar item on a different jeep website for more money for different vendor.
Product selection and price
Made shopping easy for me. I called the customer service to ask about a product and they were helpful and then I made the purchase.
I hope these fit my jeep I have a set currently and they don't fit they are one inch wider and spent $158.00 on them
Zach helped find the correct steering stabilizer after the dealer condemned my stock unit stating it was the cause of the issue. Hope it works...

Quality, choices and availability!
Seat cover are good material and fit okay. Headrest covers do not fit on driver and passenger side of TRD Pro model.
I order three different lift kit always ended up canceling the order because after weeks of waiting they were out of stock.
I picked my item from a list of items that were vehicle specific for my auto. I paid. It arrived. Easy Peasy.

The deflectors were easily ordered and after being received were installed with no problems. The low profile design has a great appearance.
After reviewing all suppliers, my choice was based on product, price and delivery.
Website was easy to maneuver around and find the correct parts for my Jeep. Shipping was quick, and items were well packaged.
I previously ordered the same part from another company, but it was not well packaged & received damaged, I had to pay shipping to return it & they had really poor customer service follow up. So far I am much happier with the service from Extreme Terrain.
It's impressive to get a 75lb package so quickly and packed so well it doesn't destroy the box itself along the way.

Shipping was good and the LEDs are really bright. Installation was a breeze even with a wench on the front bumper.
