My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

Pricing and selection
I was looking for something for my Jeep Wrangler. The site was user friendly and the ordering process was smooth.
The part was black but not matte black but fit. Replacement was easy. But I would put into the description you need 2 sided tape and the clips.
The price of was competitive
Received wrong item, had to drive 30 miles to return it, not our fault! Had to wait longer to get right item!
We have ordered many times before, this was a bad experience
The first shipment i got has missing parts and not same as advertised, the second shipment is still not as per advertised
