My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer
I realize parts can be out of stock but you should say they are available to ship and the. Say they are backordered for 3 weeks.
Because of the competitive price for the part I needed.
I never received the tire pressure guage. Not sure if it was supposed to come separately or what but I got the shovel and no guage.

I ordered floor mat from your site and after 2 almost weeks of waiting I was notified that the manufacturer was having trouble keeping these in stock and will not be shipped for another month and half. I went to Amazon and the exact same floor mats will be arriving at my house in 3 days. I know this is not your fault as manufacturer is the one with delays. I have cancelled my order

One rail was dented but I bent it back in place. Also was missing a screw for the buckle mount, but I had one that at home that fit. Good price

Received half my order still waiting for brake lines I was told they were being shipping from a supplier but I received the rest of my order a while ago wasn't very clear that they were not going to get here for a while when I placed the order

Could not find some items and description lacking on some parts not telling the manufacture
Some items lack description and photos looking for side wheel flares OEM style but little wider 5 inch or 5.5 inch rough country offers on but has R/C logo
