My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer
I ordered the products and they showed up promptly and in great shape. Exactly what I expected, no unnecessary suprises.
It was the first one on Google and it was 20 min from my hometown.
The transaction went flawless. The product showed up on time have not yet installed product but unpackaged everything looks awesome.
Webpage said it fit my year truck and it did but the wiring configuration did not match, calls for fabrication.
Thought it was a reputable site
Besttop soft top arrive with in a few days, no problem with packaging and video was extremely helpful with installation.

I purchased it for a Christmas gift for our Son's Jeep, but it appears to be of good quality with ample flexibility so it should not break.
I have used extreme terrain to modify my 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon and would recommend to any off road enthusiast.

Once again, goods from ExtremeTerrain arrived damaged - the side steps were falling out of the cardboard box and arrived scraped up on the ends.
It has a good selection of equipment and the male customer service representatives are knowledgeable. The how to install videos featuring women tend to be repetitive (I'm going to tell you five time that it's great quality but not give you complete information on how to install it).
I am so very sorry to hear your side steps have damage.

Over the top satisfaction with my bed liner it stop the bed from getting scratched up very heavy duty to prevent it thanks alot

Took me a bit to make up my mind, but once I ordered it showd up quickly and in good condition. Haven't installed it yet, but I'm sure it will good.
Had the exact thing I wanted.
Overall experience was good, got parts on time except one leaf spring came one day later than the rest of my parts but that was probably FedEx fault, this was my first time using Extreme Terrain, Ive always used Quadrotech 4X4 so I was a little scared but everything was good. I talked to the salesman and got transfer case drop that you will need for a 2 1/2 lift, the only thing that I think you need that I didn't get and salesman didn't tell me to get was longer quick disconnects, the old ones did work but I'm going to order longer ones for 2 1/2 lift and if you can afford new shackles get those also but if your a budget old ones will work. It took me and a friend about 6 hours in total to do work with replacing shocks and transfer drop with some tortch work because of old bushings seized to the bolt on old leaf springs, job is all done jeep rides so much better and a lot higher than before but my springs where completely wore out so it seemed like a 4" lift, I'm glad I didn't go with 4" lift, I'm getting older lol, Hope this review helps Happy 4 wheeling, I'll post pictures of my jeep
Because parts where cheaper than Quadrotec on a 2 1/2 inch lift kit by 50 Bucks

Tried to install in both sets of holes my 2023 4xe. The base piece would not fit correctly in either position, so I had to rig it to make it fit.

How does a relatively complex part not come with manufacturer instructions? Poor performance DV8 poor performance Extreme Terrain.

Couldn't get them to work initially but after a little break and trying again I got them to pop into place with a little bit of effort
