My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

Got smitty built gear bags. They are very heavy duty and can't wait to put them to use.
It appears sturdy and mounts up as expected. I look forward to mounting the flag up this summer.

To do a clean install it takes a little longer than they say but it's no big deal.
