My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer
Whenever I need or want parts for my Wrangler, I have always found Extreme Terrain to be one of the most helpful and affordable companies, I can rely on. If they say it will fit my specific year and model, I can rest assured that it will. It makes online ordering worry free.
After finding their site on a search for Jeep parts, I was relieved and excited to find that they had the foresight to ask for my make, model, color, and year! And when I clicked on any item, the site would immediately let me know if that part would fit my Jeep! After buying a couple items, I found that they fit perfectly, were high quality products, and affordable. I've been hooked ever since.

Looking for a refund on shipping fees.
Parts were labelled '07 to '14 compatible w/o drilling, but that wasn't the case on my '16 JK 2-door.
I chose not to drill more holes in my body work, so I returned the parts for store credit, which is fine.
However, Walgreens apparently hasn't gotten the message about printing return shipment labels.
Happily, Dollar General in Deposit NY did allow me to drop off my package, which saved me 3

It was nice to shop on your site. Easy to browse but a little pricey for the one I bought.
Shipping and delivery was super quick, currently installing the 1.75 lift and shocks right now, about half way done, and I love it so far. Install isn't bad at all, very straightforward. Wish some steps in the instructions were a bit more detailed, like which way the washers and rubber stoppers go on the front, but otherwise, I'm super happy!
This kit is a stepping stone for what I’m working up to, and it’s good quality for that and at not bad of a price.
Replacing the clock spring isn't as hard as you think, with the right tools, 45 minutes will get your steering wheel buttons working back to OEM! Ordering me the e-brake switch for my next repair!

I have two Jeep Wranglers (1999, 2024) that I've been shopping for at Extreme Terrain. I've been able to find everything I wanted, and then some, for both models. The site is easy to navigate and find exactly what you're looking for. Checkout is a breeze and items ship quickly. Extreme Terrain has become my go-to site for all things Jeep. I'm a happy customer so that says it all.

We ordered what we needed for the jeep to have a tire holder and have it on the weight of the bumper not the tail gate of his YJ. The service was great found what we needed and purchased it and we had it quickly. I had ordered him both front and back bumpers when we first bought the jeep to surprise him from Extreme Terrain so I knew that was where I wanted to get this tire carrier, at that time I was not thinking about the spare tire. But the bumper was equipped for the part needed and was sold separately at that time so not needing it and affording the two bumpers was what was on my mind...They were and are great...however we just purchased new tires for him and needed the carrier but could not buy it separate from the bumper which was kind of a disappointment so I ordered him the bumper and with the carrier and gave more for that than the two bumpers thinking it looked close to what he had. The parts got here, and it was exactly the part we needed and fit the bumper I had already bought a few years back. We have a bumper we don't need he mounted the carrier to the bumper I had purchased, and it was a perfect fit. I am going to see if I can return the bumper as it has not been opened and suggest that maybe selling them separate or at least an option. But we have bought and will continue to buy from them since we have 2 jeeps and there is always something new and exciting to do to jeeps. Great Job! ALSO IT WAS EASY TO INSTALL HE LOVES IT.

Every order I've placed never arrives on time when fed ex is the carrier, always at least 1 day late but usually days late. There just awful.

I live in northern New England, and unfortunately the winters here are rough on anything. My original set lasted 4 yrs before the internal mirroring started to chip & flake apart.
So, not bothered, I except that road salts will "F up" anything I own, and when rust or corrosion strike again, I'll be back for another set. 😎👍🏽

I assume that the package was delivered to the wrong house and they came and dropped it off at my door 2 days later, and I know that it is not Etreme Terrain's issue but still just a tad inconvenient. Otherwise love the products so far and super good service.
