My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

I was asking about any discount for wheels and while talking to the Representative. I was told they have a $1.5 billion dollar company and will not match prices with other companies. I can buy from them. I wanted ask if I could get a quote for another set of wheels, he hung up the phone. Guess the little guys are not important.

Product is fine that I ordered, but the install was ridiculous. Hardware provided was not compatible with the product. I went out and bout new hardware to do the job. Also the pattern that was provided was way off. Take your own measurements

The chip protectors were easy to install and only took a few minutes. They are sturdy enough to protect the paint from being chipped from rocks and other debris being kicked up from the tires.
I had been looking for something to protect the bottom of the body on my Jeep Wrangler that also added a finished look to the area left bare after changing my bumpers. The ship protectors did the trick.
