My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

I recently ordered a part for my Jeep, your price is about $10. The shipping cost to Alaska was $175+! That's insane when it could have been put in an envelope and mailed for $5 or even $10!

I have ordered in the past and what was supposed to fit my 23 wrangler did not I had to send it back. Three times I have called to request a catalog and I have gotten three catalogs for 2018 to 2022. My vehicle is a 2023 and I have filled out numerous times that information on your site. I had a password worked the first time and not after that, so I had to continually change it, I'm not really overly impressed with my experience to date.

Process was easy and timely on receiving the product. Product was as expected and met my expectations.

Shipping was dead on, couldn't be happier with that aspect. Adams driveshaft was very good quality, leaps above the jeep oem shaft. Now we have u joints that can be replaced when needed.
Extreme terrain carries high quality jeep parts that are better than oem.
Email said $50 coupon, place an order use the code for the coupon and said "We'll mail you the coupon" and took $0.01 off. Then they said would be delivered in 3 days…imagine that check the tracking and says running late. Bring from Quadratech next time.

I bought 4 toms sensors for $127. I paid extra to have them delivered on Friday, 7/19. The parts were not delivered ered until late Saturday, 7/20.
My sales guy, Josh P, was outstanding. Informed me some items were on backorder and proceeded to walk me through a number of similar options and the pros and cons to help me think through the decision. Offered me a discount for the inconvenience as well. Made the process very smooth and a pleasure.

Received 2 different tracking number from ups
Recieved 1 item, second item delayed after several days of waiting and trying to get info from ups with no luck, called extreme terrain back. They couldn't find out anything from ups either. Service rep was nice, tried to do a lost package report but was denied for some reason I assume by his supervisor. So said would refund my money for item. Then redo order for only the missing item. Which was fine except now charged me shipping because didn't meet free shipping amount. When I pointed out not my faulty why should I pay for second shipping, he gave me 10 dollar discount. To cover the shipping charge. Then told me if I do get original delivery and second delivery I'm supposed to call them back and then return one of the orders. What a major pain in the a$$! So now I'm still waiting on something to come in and it has been now over 10 days since first order and my second order is now being processed and probably will be another 7 days before it shows up… at least I hope it shows up!
