My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer
Quick shipping and delivery. And on top of that extremely fast installation. Only takes about 10 minutes. Overall happy with the purchase.

I was initially very happy with my purchase of a Garvin Expedition Roof Rack for my 2021 Jeep Wrangler. The order was on time and the rack fit on great. But then I found out when I went to buy rack accessories that the manufacturer Garvin went out of business and Extreme Terrain does not list or explain that when purchasing any Garvin products (at full price) that additional items, or missing items such as bolts etc., cannot be replaced or added on.
When I contacted ET about purchasing the rack and looking for the ladder that goes with it I was told to look on eBay or somewhere else. That they couldn't help with that issue.
I will never choose to use Extreme Terrain again and tell others not to also. The customer service I received was horrible.

It's a great experience been you can order everything you need from just one site. A friend highly recommended your company as this is all he used for his 4 jeeps. We just bought our first jeep and we are making upgrades to it. I look forward to purchasing additional items in the future.

This was a perfect example of how to ship and receive a large part. My first experience with another popular Jeep parts company was just awfully pathetic. Lost $500 plus crushed hood. They don't honor their own rules. Now, Extreme Terrain did the job right and fast. Great shipping system and outside shipping company that handles vehicle body parts. Thanks y'all for your time and effort.

The items that i bought work great and they feel like they'll last a while. The problem that i had was with the shipper that you guys use, FedEx. I received an email saying that they'll arrive at the address given but knowing that packages left on the doorstep get stolen frequently, i changed the address to the nearest FedEx drop off store closet to my office and got a confirmation right away. A few week later i received another email saying that that package was shipped and should arrive in a couple days. Few days later received an email saying to pick it up on a Thursday. Great. I stopped at FedEx drop off and it wasn't there. Got another email on Saturday at 7 Am saying that Fedex tried delivering it to my apartment but they claim no one was there to sign for it. Lie. I was there in my apartment but 7 in the morning? Lie. Because they would have left a noticed saying they tried to deliver it. I called FedEx also and she said i could pick it up at the FedEx pickup spot that i had requested in the first place, that it will be waiting for pick up. I drove roughly 20 miles to pick it up and the clerk said they didn't have it. I called FedEx again and said it was taken to the official FedEx hub and would be delivered next week. I hate FedEx. They are never reliable. Plus they lie
