Extreme Terrain

Product descriptions do not match. The Ad says "Easy DIY installation", but the installation instructions say "you should consider getting a professional to install". The installation is rather complex, involving fully removing and dis assembling the seat. The advertisement also specifically stated it was compatible with my jeep (assuming plug-and-play wiring harness, etc.) and has instructions like "do not use if..." which I am unsure if these items would be the case for my jeep or not. Disappointed in the lack of clarity.

I am thankful for your business and timely delivery but tired of $#*!ing reviews with everything. Please just do a simple box check of satisfied and rating. Don't make me type something, People are busy working and don't appreciate the endless review game. Sincerely

I called to speak with someone because of a little glitch in the price between selection and checkout. It was corrected. Extreme even let me know that a tech could come and assemble my newly ordered soft top [for a fee] if I so wished. I truly thought about it but... I will be ordering more from them in the future.

I purchased the Barricade Rectangular Adventure Mirrors for either our 2021 Gladiator or the 2023 Wrangler Sport! Have them on the Gladiator now and they make city driving a lot safer. Very easy to install with metric tools. Only negative is they have some vibration issues.

Easy to find things on the web site with many options to choose from, good pricing and nice first responder/military discounts. Also prompt shipping and very helpful customer service (Install Connect) with scheduling installation at my local shop.

Came at alarming fast time. To alaska and was able to install it. Not on them but lately our usps have been putting our packages at the wrong addresses. Had a honest person come bring me my package from her address. Could have been a bad day but it turned around for the best day possible. Installed it in no time and it was easy even with out the correct tools. Overall fantastic and would recommend them anytime.

Found what I needed but the mix of serviceable vs non serviceable ball joints on the same drag link is disappointing. Also not delivered with a grease fitting,nor your support staff being able to identify what the fitting was left scrambling to finish the job.

Put in 2 orders on the same day, changed my mind the following day, had to call customer service to cancel one and the rep was very nice and helpful. They were able to stop it before it shipped so I didn't have to pay any return shipping or restocking fees, and I received my refund even faster than the time I was quoted.

Had one order refunded because the system allows plus signs to be put in an address. The second order arrived a day later than promised or projected. There was nothing great about the experience, I felt like I went to target and had to use self checkout.

Great website, makes it very easy to find the parts I need compared to other websites I've shopped at. Plus they have a great selection on stock and upgrade parts. I will be buying from extreme terrain again!

Update: parts arrived when they said they would. The carrier was pretty rough with the items as the boxes had holes and ripped up pretty good, that said though extreme terrain did a fantastic job packing them, no damage to the product..

I didn't read the fine print and thought I was getting 2 blocks. I don't know many people that need only 1 block to lift their springs. So I had to order another one. Waiting to get it so I can finish up my job on my truck.

As usual, if metal objects almost always get banged around by FE shipping. Received 2 NYTOP recovery points, "perfect condition" statement by ET and picture by ET. They are 28 lbs. together and by the time they were shipped from PA to TX, they banged around together with paper wrap and got chipped up (New chip because paint was fresh coming off. Powder coat I believe so will be a hard fix. There was even a loose bolt in the box bouncing around that came out of the bag during shipment. I know it is FE. Had this awhile back and finally gave up with the order. Purchased at an excellent price so will keep and repair. The 2 large chip areas are on the corner that you can see which is bad luck but will repair and keep. I do not believe ET fault. FE shipping without a doubt. The box was banged up also.

Fast, Quick shipping easy payment. Great service and selection. The installation process takes longer than expected. No one wants new tires. Tps, and rims waiting two weeks for installation. Once received I'm happy but installation process not so much. I'm waiting impatiently!

Installation: The Body shop installed, stating it"s the best aftermarket install in 20+ years. Aftermarket parts are notoriously a poor fitment and this was an exception. Packaged for extremely safe and quick shipment, with all necessary mounting hardware plus extra optional hardware. Best price, awesome design to add protection and replace the plastic Lego bumper on the Ford Bronco Outer Banks!

Good savings and free shipping on my new set of replacement shock absorbers and roll bar covers. The old ones faded, as I keep the top down all Summer. Top is still down, but will have to return to top up in November. Good to have a garage for sure...

First and only order thus far and it went great. I needed a rear seat cover for my wife's Grand Cherokee. These guys had a licensed Jeep one for $34, then with shipping it was $41. It arrived the same week and fits great.

Email with refund link went to spam-my fault. Retrieved to inbox but links didn't translate. Rep worked to resend several ways and finally sent PDF I could use at FEDEX. Very patient. Willing to try alternatives.

Web sight is easy to navigate customer service mainly Jimmy G, was such a pleasure to talk to and to have my last parts order taken by him. When your told to look for your order on a certain date it's always ether on time or close to it. I don't order anywhere else for the jeep than Extreme Terrain. Parts always fit with no problem and your dealing with people that know what there selling, and they make sure that you are ordering the right part for you ride. Everything is always easy with every order keep up the good work.

I was looking for a specific exhaust system for our 2011 toyota tundra and had been unable to find one. Even the installer couldn't find one. So I came across extreme terrain and was lucky enough to get connected to Hannah via chat. What an outstanding customer service representative. She found what we wanted and was extremely patient! Unbelievably kind. Our order was shipped and we are eagerly awaiting the order. I'll be posting pictures once installed. We would've have never found this item had it not been for Hannah.
