Better than rubicon express. Smooth ride, I've had other shocks and springs set ups and so far they Clayton's are my go to. Maybe I'll try trailer next. But I feel that Clayton isn't talked about enough. All you hear is rubicon express this and old man emu that. Get the Clayton's, call it a day.

My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

Product descriptions do not match. The Ad says "Easy DIY installation", but the installation instructions say "you should consider getting a professional to install". The installation is rather complex, involving fully removing and dis assembling the seat. The advertisement also specifically stated it was compatible with my jeep (assuming plug-and-play wiring harness, etc.) and has instructions like "do not use if..." which I am unsure if these items would be the case for my jeep or not. Disappointed in the lack of clarity.

I am thankful for your business and timely delivery but tired of $#*!ing reviews with everything. Please just do a simple box check of satisfied and rating. Don't make me type something, People are busy working and don't appreciate the endless review game. Sincerely

They can not ship the purchases correctly. Once again half an order arrived. When confronted they claim, just send more money. Sounds a lot like extortion or is it simply a scam. Such a sad business model!

The unit had only three brackets for each side of the running board. According to your representative, it only requires three. I looked into purchasing one additional mount per side, four small pieces total, and was quoted $154.00. That's 25% of the original set to start with. Somewhere in the $80 range would have been high but acceptable.
Very disappointed…

I ordered my part and it was delivered on time. Great. After that came the DAILY emails pushing me for business. I requested to be taken off their email list and they just sent a bunch more. Way…too…aggressive marketing. Breathe people. I'll buy more but you need to have a talk with your marketing person. Quadratec doesn't do this to me and I order a lot from them.

Was unsure length of quick disconnect drop link I needed for my jeep that is lifted so they name slips me but he was well informed as a mechanic and salesman to guide me in the right direction for my parts

I called to speak with someone because of a little glitch in the price between selection and checkout. It was corrected. Extreme even let me know that a tech could come and assemble my newly ordered soft top [for a fee] if I so wished. I truly thought about it but... I will be ordering more from them in the future.

Extreme terrain has a nice website and a great selection and prices but my most recent experience with them was not good. Whoever is getting their orders ready to ship needs to do a better job. I ordered 4 shocks and they arrived in boxes with no packing at all to protect them in transit and the shocks had dents in them and one had the top of the piston rod where the bolt goes through almost broke off. One box was completely open and the shock had obviously fallen out repeatedly. I sent two of them back and the ones they sent me to replace them arrived in not much better condition. No packing just the individual shocks in there box with nothing to protect them. One of the replacements is dented also but I'm giving up and keeping them and I'm done with extreme terrain. There are plenty of other places to buy parts for my Jeep from. In the past I've never had a problem with extreme terrain but apparently they have some problems in their shipping department.

I purchased the Barricade Rectangular Adventure Mirrors for either our 2021 Gladiator or the 2023 Wrangler Sport! Have them on the Gladiator now and they make city driving a lot safer. Very easy to install with metric tools. Only negative is they have some vibration issues.

Received about fifteen emails after making my purchase - probably a dozen of those before the products arrived! Not a complaint just suggesting maybe a few less? Products all good and installed, no problems!

Bought four steel wheels for my 05 Tacoma. I checked the fit on your website. They arrived promptly in great condition but didn't fit the hubs. The wheel rubbed against the brake caliper and could not be tightened.

Easy to find things on the web site with many options to choose from, good pricing and nice first responder/military discounts. Also prompt shipping and very helpful customer service (Install Connect) with scheduling installation at my local shop.

Came at alarming fast time. To alaska and was able to install it. Not on them but lately our usps have been putting our packages at the wrong addresses. Had a honest person come bring me my package from her address. Could have been a bad day but it turned around for the best day possible. Installed it in no time and it was easy even with out the correct tools. Overall fantastic and would recommend them anytime.

Extreme Terrain has been one of the go to places when it comes to buying parts gor my 2015 Tacoma. I recently bought a pair of headlights to upgrade my truck. Great product. Looks and shines better than my old scratched up ones. I'd recommend this site to anyone looking to upgrade a vehicle. They have quality parts.

Put in 2 orders on the same day, changed my mind the following day, had to call customer service to cancel one and the rep was very nice and helpful. They were able to stop it before it shipped so I didn't have to pay any return shipping or restocking fees, and I received my refund even faster than the time I was quoted.

I ordered a soft top for my Jeep. It arrived a day earlier than expected. Took about 2 hours to put on and it looks great. It's everything I could expect. Extreme Terrain offers fast service, east to order and excellent fair prices. I highly recommend them and will be using them again for Jeep parts.

I purchased bumpers for my Jeep Wrangler but after receiving the item I found out that it would not fit. I called Extreme Terrain and they accepted my return without any issues. I paid a very minimal return fee which was totally reasonable and they provided me with the return label. Excellent service.

Update: parts arrived when they said they would. The carrier was pretty rough with the items as the boxes had holes and ripped up pretty good, that said though extreme terrain did a fantastic job packing them, no damage to the product..

I was able to navigate the website and find a pair of step bars for my tacoma 2023 access cab. I had a question about the correct fit and size requirements for a certain model and the box chat (online) person was a tremendous help and gave me a few options to consider. The online process from selection to checkout was extremely pleasant and intuitive. Shipping was quickly communicated via email along with tracking and delivery updates. Highly recommended online retailer.
