Easy ordering and reasonably fast delivery. The part looks good. Only constructive feedback is to package in a small box versus a plastic bag. The product is an electronic part. The part's packaging box was partially crushed because it was shipped in a bag.

After I realized I did not have to remove the existing tray, the installation went in easy. However the cell phone holder vibrates a lot and the holder does not hold the cell phone very well. It fall off on occasion while driving.

I like the selection for my Jeep but it is a problem for me when items I ordered are sent in separate packages because they arrive on different dates and I have to travel to my postal address every time a new item arrives and I get charged more money for package handling. If I could find the same items on amazon I would rather purchase from them cause of the shipping method.

Extreme Terrain always has what I'm looking for at reasonable prices. Where they've really shined for me is customer support. They have really easy to follow videos on installing most the things they sell and when you have questions, you get to talk to someone who always seems knowledgeable and happy to help.

I received the order. However, there were no instruction on how to install using the enclosed clips. I installed the clips into the running board holes first and tried to push the pad down onto them. It didn't work. Obviously, I needed to slip the clips onto the plastic posts first and then push the assembly down into the holes. Can you please send me 4 new clips so that I can do it right?

The vents I received were not the right ones. All corners are rounded and not pointed as shown on the website and the printed directions. I will not be installing them. Also, they were an early birthday present.

Found the item that should fit. Your website does a good job of listing items, but does not give a precise actual fit. Also in the south east area there is a version of the Toyota 4Runner called a XP Predator. That your company does not list. Most of your parts are listed as maybe fits, but may need modification of grille or cutting of same. Also need to have your offer for military/first responder at the top of your banner, not at the bottom.

Bought the GoRhino running boards for our new Tundra Limited. The running boards are solid, look great with the Blueprint color and make it easy to get in and out of the truck. My husband installed them himself in about an hour!

Phone lines busy. Left message for follow up call. I received *******@15 minutes later. Sales person was extremely helpful in finding the parts I needed for my Jeep. I placed the order with him and package arrived a few days later.

Ordered window trim, one was for my Tacoma the other one was not. Called customer service. Trying to get the right parts was horrible, take pictures of all the parts including the box. Wait for them to receive the parts, approve it and then they would send me out new ones. Something that was not my fault but I had to wait for all of this? Just retuned them for my refund.

I ordered a bumper at 10:30 at night. It shipped the next day, and I had it the following day. It was also the best price for the bumper I could find. So, delivery on a large item that is as fast as one could reasonably expect plus the lowest cost is a Win.
The only downside is that they started shellacking me with a half-dozen emails a day after the order, but to be fair, they did stop when I asked. Why can't companies understand that I would love to see some cool Jeep parts in my inbox once a month or maybe even once a week, but who wants six a day?

The site is well designed. I easily got all the information I needed. The descriptions/pics were accurate and helpful. The reviews and tips were also a plus. Having the YouTube review/install handy was very helpful with both the purchase decision as well as the installation.

I placed an order based on the website indicating "order by this time on a specific date and receive the item by a specific future date". Well, that simply is not the case. When I contacted the seller, I was told that part of the website is only an estimate. The way it is presented is very misleading. I would not have placed the order if that was made clear on the website. I then proceeded to start a return and was told by the representative he sent me a link to my email and return shipping would be free. Again, not the case. Not only did they deduct the shipping label (supposedly $10 shown on return portion of the website), but there was also an additional $6.61 deducted from the original purchase amount. Steer clear of these shysters!

Ordered two shocks and they came with no hardware then they wanted pictures which would take a three days to get back to me and then have to contact the manufacturer and get it approved. It would have been almost a week and a half before I got the hardware.

The deflector does not fit well. The left metal insert to hold the deflector is short and hardly fit the hole under the hood. The two short metal insert for holding both ends are very very tight. It took me long time to install it because I didn't want to return or trash it.

Well the shopping was pretty straightforward and simple. I like that you check up but you sent several repetitive emails. I'm looking forward to getting my Tazer hooked up but the Tazer online to get undated and functioning is going well for some reason?

Fair pricing on a healthy selection of parts. I can trust that the minimum quality standard is higher than products sold on, say, Amazon. Shipping has always been quick. I'll be back here later to buy the next mod!

The shock was poking out of the end of the box and taped up with moving tape. No restraint on the shock. Clearly a return that was sent out again. I'd like a new shock sent as soon as possible. I can send pictures.

I wanted to purchase a different antenna for my Jeep Wrangler and read all the reviews and made my decision and I'm so happy with it! My issue was radio reception and this antenna does a great job! I'm so happy with my purchase and it looks great!

I've never installed a lift before so I didn't know what to expect. But instructions were simple enough. Two jack stands a floor jack and a couple wrenches is all it took. 2.5 hours and it was done. Improved the ride over stock fit like a glove and love the new stance of my Jeep.

This is just a t-shirt on sale to represent the company. I like the customer service, how easy it is to make a purchase, the insurance to each purchase, etc. The shirt it a good, light weight material.
