My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer
Ordered a driveshaft, and chose overnight shipping. To make a long story short, it took a week & 1 day. I don't think it was extreme terrain, I think it was UPS dropping the ball.
Part was in stock with overnight shipping available.

Quality products
First things first, the customer service representative that answered my phone call was absolutely outstanding. He worked patiently with me to ensure I ordered the correct part # and then assisted me with shipping & billing. This is a Father's Day gift & I'm glad I got the customer rep I did. Based on my initial experience I will order from Extreme Terrain again.
The process of ordering was super easy and installation was easy as well. There was a dent in the middle of one of my tonneau cover panels, from shipping, which I don't think will be an issue and it is not noticeable from the top side, but I took pictures of it and of the shipping box as a CYA, and will report when I register my warranty. So, hopefully I never need to utilize customer service, but to this point, my experience with Extreme Terrain has been flawless

I've ordered from another Jeep/offroad website and I was in the dark for 90% of my orders wit them.
But, first time ordering with extreme terrain and not only was I updated throughout the ordering process with emails and texts, but they had very detailed installation videos. This was helpful as the product came with very vague instructions from the manufacturer. Great touch
