My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

One of my go-to stores for my Jeep
Parts arrived on time and are of excellent quality. Mine arrived in a pretty thin torn up box. The control arms look like they got banged around quite a bit during shipping due to their weight. One arm had a completely destroyed zerk fitting and both had large pieces of paint chipped off. No big deal if you plan on banging them up off roading anyway. Maybe order a set of zerk fitting to have on hand just in case.

I bought some lights for my jeep. Once I installed them one of them turned out to be defective out of the box. I filled out the return order and Customer service was able to get me new lights within 3 business days. Very happy with the service they provide to their customers.

Been looking for a bug deflector. I don't know if they really keep many bugs off the windshield, but I figure if it gets any, that's better than if you don't have the deflector at all. Plus, I think they add to the looks of my Bronco, as they did on past trucks I've owned. I chose Extreme Terrain because they had the design I kinda had in mind, and past experience with them sealed the deal.
I can get what I want or need for my vehicle and at a good price. Also they ship items pretty quickly so not much of a wait to get things.
