My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer
The bumper was delivered on time, in good condition, and was as advertised. The instructions were horrible and did not describe the installation process well. In addition, the provided wiring harness did not match the connector on my Jeep which required me to splice the old connector on to the wiring harness. This wasn't a huge issue; however, it did require additional work. What should have taken a couple of hours ended up taking 6 hours. Once installed it provides the looks and performance I needed in a bumper and the price was on target.

I had ordered a mud flap delete kit a few weeks ago. When the packaged arrived it was not only and empty, but it looked old and run over. I put in a complaint and Extreme Terrain responded quickly. They ask me to take pictures and sent and they were shock. They gave me a FedEx label to return the package and as soon as they got it they processed a new order. They were very help and sent me emails on my new order and tracking info. I received my replacement when they said. Thanks guys.
I am new to off-roading and I had searched for companies that were reliable with good product. I had seen You Tube videos on overlanding and camping and different mods for SUVs and Extreme Terrain was featured through several that I had seen so I gave it a try. And It worked in my favor. I was very pleased.
Excellent bumper. Came next day in perfect shape. It took about 4 hours to take off old bumper and install new one. Definitely a two person job. About 1 1/2 hours were my fault as I jumped ahead of the outstanding installation video and had to reinstall some bolts and had some difficulty in aligning up the new bumper bolts in the late evening. The plastic bolt holders are a life saver. Trim tool is a must and saves a lot of time taking off old factory bumper. It took about two hours getting it off as I was not in any hurry and kept referring to the excellent video. Getting the original fog lights were a little difficult as not much room and small bolt, but the brackets included worked great. I like that my fog lights are recessed. It was difficult getting new bumper bolts aligned with holes on the frame but it was getting dark and hard to see even with head light on our heads. Once in daylight no problems one hour and done. Outstanding support as I called in my order as I had questions prior to my buying the front bumper. You staff did an excellent job walking me thru the process and answering my questions.

The plug do a not allow for water tight integrity. The look is nice but the wires on the backside are cheep and very thin. These wires will break easily. I would not recommend these lights.

Great selection of parts for my Jeep
Sometimes the best way to judge a company is to experience how they respond to problem issues. I bought a dual exhaust muffler. Once I installed it and ran it for I while (30 miles) I decided that it was simply way too loud for my taste. I went online, filled out their return form, and found that I could return the muffler for a refund. The refund was a little less than full price, however, it had been installed and used. I'm grateful that I am able to return it for a refund. I will be back when I need other parts and I will gladly recommend Extreme Terrain to my friends.

Mike was fantastic in assisting me with information to help me determine which top would be best for my Wrangler.
Fourth item I've bought from Extreme and so far all been perfect.
Instructions not great, some spacial ability required, but once you figure out how to get the top screwed in the rest falls quickly into place.
Done in less than an hour.

I attempted to access for veterans discount and it didn't work, why? I received but the only place it can be attached is through body to frame bolts, couldn't release and don't want to risk breaking bolts off. Now have new unusable bars.

My order was shipped next day and received within 2 days. Box arrived with large cut in it but everything inside was okay. However, I did receive a cigarette with my order. Not sure who was packaging the order but I was not happy to find this addition. Other than that, everything looks good.
