My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

A little bit of delays with shipping company but in overall experience with extreme terrain there has been no complaints, haven't install them yet but they are looking nice

Easy order timely shipping. Part fits perfect and works better than before.
The mirrors came in at a reasonable shipping time, and they're good quality. However, the plastic that goes in between the mirror and the car doesn't help with the mirror rattling. The factory one is rubber, so it softens the vibrations reaching the mirrors. I recommend keeping it and using it on these.

I ordered larger side mirrors and a Rough Country rear bumper. Both arrived quickly and in one piece. The mirrors fit and worked perfectly. No wiring changes needed. The bumper fit great also. The only sad parts are the wiring harness for the lights is too short and the covers on the lights cannot come off because the openings are too small. Other than that. It is solid good looking bumper.
They had what I wanted. Great customer service so far. Great selection of parts.for my truck.
The emails checking on delivery came so far in advance that I thought I missed the shipment…. If you know it was delivered why not send the email then or at the end of the estimated delivery time

This was better than expected. It was described as premium, but I didn't expect it to be the higher quality material. Much better than the OEM vinyl top. Fits the OEM frame just as described.
